"Restaurant was not full at all on Mothers Day 2013
- Drinks took 15 to 20 minutes to arrive
- Food took 40 to 45 minutes to arrive
- Food took 40 to 45 minutes to arrive
Not impressed
Service was so-so, but again this was the second day for a new server. One plate was dripping over with maple syrup and spilled over
As a venue, it was designed for an evening location and really does not work as a lunch location.
Music was great
Would I go there again - possible no"

"Great decor, interesting menu and wine list. Service was a little rushed, mains arrived before we were finished with the starters but glasses were empty for most of the meal. Oddly Glade scented candles were all over interfering with the food experience. Pine cones were on the sills behind the chairs and the wall art had dust caked on it. Overall the food was good and would order take out but not eat in again. The decor and the restaurant is excellent but just needs more attention to detail. Also if a jazz band is only drawing 3 tables on a Friday night perhaps it is time for a new strategy. Overall huge potential with some attention to details."
