"The Mothers Day Brunch was very nice at Coastal. The buffet had a very nice selection of differnt foods. The omlette and meat statons were very nice addition. The food was all fresh and very hot. Everything was delicious. The desert bar including the choclate fountain was very nice. Very nice selection of deserts to chose from. Overall I would highly recommed this place for special occassions for brunch."

"Took my mom, father-in-law, wife and son for Easter brunch and had a great experience. Great selection and variety. Omelet bar was a standout as was the carving station. Service was great: staff was caring and attentive."

"Service was exceptional! Great variety and selection. Food tasted great but ham was dry and overdone as were the brussell sprouts. On the other hand the lamb was cooked perfectly and all other dishes! Awesome Bloody Mary!"

"My husband and I went for Charlotte's restaurant week. Making reservations over the phone was frustrating as we were put on hold for 5 minutes. Upon our arrival, there was no valet parking available and we had to leave our car at the front of the hotel. Our service was sub-par. The restaurant is loud and we still had to talk loud just to hear one another. The server didn't know what brand or type of wine that was being offered with the meal. The server didn't seem to know or understand the menu which amde ordering frustrating. The food, however, was terrific. Everything we had was amazing. We won't be going back because of the cost and service, but we really enjoyed the food."

"The environment is very strange since you are actually sitting in the lobby of the hotel. The service fine and the food is average. It is probably just a good drink spot."
