"We had a decent experience here on a recent Saturday night. We were greeted warmly, but then there was confusion. No menus or explanation of the ordering system. Basket of rolls never came. We ordered a pitcher of Sangria. With no menu, we were shocked to find that it cost $42!!! Beware. Order alcohol at your own financial peril. The salad bar was very generous in selection and the quality of the offerings was high. The meats arrived at the table at a good pace and included about seven of the fifteen different items on the "menu". The servers were pleasant and helpful, but some of the meat was overcooked and lacked seasoning. Copocabana offers a diversion from the typical steak and salad bar restaurants, but not a gourmet destination."

"Have lived 1 mile from this place for 4 years. Finally stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the salad bar large but full of wonderful surprises. The meats were cooked perfectly and when I asked for something special the chef went out of his way to prepare it for me. Service staff was very friendly and right there when you needed them.
Go and enjoy, you won't be disappointed"

"Planned to go to NY to visit my dinner and fiance so I googled this restaurant and liked the reviews. Enjoyed the food so much we over ate, but it was soooo good. Everyone who waited our table was pleasant and made our night quite fun. Definitely going back. Thank you."

"Most Brazilian Steakhouses can set you back a pretty penny, but the rodizio at Copacabana is about $39 a person. The salad bar and sides are not as enormous as compared to other places, but they have to make up for the cheaper cost somewhere. Where this place really excels is the meat. Once you get your salad and sides and get back to your table, they waste no time in coming over to you with each of their 14 different meats. Everyone was juicy and flavorful. I was blown away with how good the food at this place was. Even the little biscuits they put down are delicious.
I would highly recommend this place to meat eaters and anyone who likes to eat. Your still spending a nice chunk of change, but its far less than a $75 steakhouse."

"Very nice experience at Copacabana! The inital salad bar is extensive and includes many interesting things - shrimp, parmasian (I think!) with honey, lots of grilled vegetables, etc. Don't fill up!!!! They bring around skewers of many different meats (14 I think) - our favorite was the skirt steak - unexpected, but very flavorful. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. We had a special "Living Social" coupon which made it a fabulous value for money. Oh and we loved the caipirinhas too!!!! And the grilled pineapple! It certainly was a fun evening."

"The food was great, as always but the wait for our table was a bit excessive considering we had reservations. We waited for about half an hour and the place wasn't filled to capacity. I could've lived without the white sangria I ordered (which was a first since all their other drinks are spot on) but the servers and staff were very nice and attentive."

"Went there on a Saturday night at 6 PM. Salad bar was lacking plus you had to peel your own shrimp. When we were ready for the meat it was very slow in coming out. By the time the server reached us there would be no more meat left on the skewer. When a server did reach us it seemed to be always with the same 3 meat selections. Wait staff needs a fire set under their butts. We always had to request beverages and more sides, no one ever asked or offered. I will not be going back. This restaurant should take some points from Churrascaria Plataforma on 49th in NY."

"Unfortunately the food, especially the meat selections, have gone down, the salad bar was lacking, and the service was rushing us out. Will not be going back."

"I've been coming to this steakhouse for about a year and it never disappoints. They have a great selection of meats for their Rodizio and everything is always cooked to perfection. Their salad bar is extensive and their drinks are amazing as well. The staff is always courteous and there's always parking (another plus). I really have no complaints about this place. Everything is worth the price and in some ways, a bargain considering you could pay double for a Rodizio in NYC and get half the quality of Copacabana. I know. I've done it. Wouldn't go to another steakhouse from now on. During my last visit, there was live music and it was awesome. Classic tunes with a Brazilian twist. That was the icing on the cake!"

"Copacabana is better all around then its chain competitor (Yonkers de Brazil). The meat is warmer and not overloaded with salt. The filet wrapped in bacon was the best. Also enjoyed cheesey bread and fried bananas. Would recommend eating here."

"So much food but very paced out. Enjoyed the salad bar -- especially the Reggiano Parmagiano cheese -- and the meat extravaganza. Everything was so fresh-tasting and cooked just the way we liked it. For a full-house, the noise level was really good too. Definitely a crowd-pleaser."
