"The staff was very accommodating to our large group. Our reservation was for 12, but we ended up with 14 and they accommodated us with no issues. They let you use Ipad's to entertain the kids...we had 4 in our group and each had their own Ipad to play with. They did separate checks with no issues. Plus the food and atmosphere were great. We will definitely go to Zaffiro's again!"

"Advertised dinner for two on their website for 21.95 including one appetizer and two entrees. When we got to the restaurant we did not see it on the menu, after already ordering our drinks we asked our waitress about the promotion and we were told "we haven't had that in a long time" I responded that it was still advertised online and got no response beside what can i get for you. Very disappointed they did not honor what they have advertised. Had we had known before ordering our beverages we would have went elsewhere."

"I was disappointed with the cobb salad. It was just a mound of lettuce and I didn't care for the raw bacon. I did like the eggs. It was very generic. I suggest you add a bunch more 'meat' in the salad. Slivered almonds, cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, shredded cheese, more tomatoes, more stuff."

"We have dined at this restaurant two times. Both times the food was very good, but both times the service was extremely horrible. No matter how good the food is; bad service makes for a bad dining experience. Just two examples of how bad the service was - on the first dining experience, the server did not serve us the starter potato chips until we were paying the bill (we didn't know about the chips or we would have asked for them sooner). During the second experience, our drinks were empty for about 20 minutes, my husband asked for a small plate to eat his pizza on, but 15 minutes later we had to ask someone walking by for a plate so he could start eating, and when the server finally came back with our drinks; no plate."

"The cheese garlic bread appetizer was cut in little pieces and wasn't very cheesy at all considering its name. My husband and I had torpedo sandwiches which were both extremely dry (we had different kinds). Our waiter was good until our food arrived and then we didn't see him for at least 20+ minutes. I had to send another waiter to find him and that guy didn't even know who our waiter was. Needless to say I wasn't happy I had to eat my dry meatball sandwich without anything to drink. Not impressed considering the good things I have heard."

"We selected Zaffiros because we heard their pizza was great. We decided to try it out before we went to a movie with our 10 year old son and his friend. We were so disappointed. The food and service left much to desire and we won't go back.
The waitress highly recommended chicken tenders for the boys. They were awful - batter was too hard and crunchy and lacked flavor.
The pizza was barely warm.
Our waitress neglected us due to having 2 other large tables so we had to grab other people to get more drinks. Overall, this was not a good experience for $60!"

"The food was good however, we didn't the pizza we ordered but the staff was quick to correct it. The service was not good. We waited a long time for him to check on us and we always had to ask for things (water, bill, etc.) He also forgot to bring back things we asked for (plates, extra napkins). We had to call on someone other than our waiter to get what we needed."

"Despite less than half of all tables filled (prob closer to 1/3 full), service was poor. Waited way too long for additional napkins, added a 'free appetizer promo' to our check and did not clear the table of dishes when desert was served. In fact the table next to us was not bused despite the party being gone for at least 15 mnts. Pizza was good however. Would be hard pressed to return given the poor service..."

"I ordered the fish fry, it was good but I didn't care for the breading should offer a lighter breading option. My wife had the baked fish, it was not seasoned so she stated it was bland. Both meals were cooked to a perfect doneness moist not dry. The service was wonderful and even though there were children present it still was a pleasant time."

"A fantastic dinner at Zaffiro's-New Berlin, The valentine special was an enormous amount of food at a super saver price. The pizza did not disappoint thin crispy crust with abundant toppings great taste and nice and hot. Appetizer of bruschetta was also very good, well seasoned chunks of grape tomatoes, on crispy breads with onion and basil. Our server was very efficient, helpful and energetic and took time to explain different menu options and drink specials. He also brought us a cup full of homemade chips that were well seasoned crispy and a great treat. Going to a movie or just for dinner Zaffiro's at the Ridge is a great find."
