Dillon's at the Zoo
The concept of Dillon's began in 1998 when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon with a partnership designed to bring Valverde's vision to reality, producing 5 locations. The first restaurant, Dillon’s Thunderbird, opened in 1999 followed by Dillon’s Arrowhead in 2005. In the past three years we have added Dillon's @ Scorpion Bay in September 2009, Dillon's Top of Central in July 2010, and Dillon's at the World Wildlife Zoo in November 2011. Dillon’s Gone Wild, at the World Wildlife Zoo is our new exciting destination with a 60,000 Gallon Shark Tank in the Main Dining Room. At the Bar, be accompanied by an Albino Alligator while you enjoy a cold beverage or step out onto the Patio with the Flamingos. Dillon's wouldn’t be successful without its amazing employees who are a huge part of our lives. We are very grateful for their loyalty, some have been with us since 1999!
