Dillon's Arrowhead
The concept of Dillon’s Restaurant began in 1998 when Co-Owner George Valverde approached Rich Dillon with a partnership designed to bring Valverde's vision to reality, producing 5 locations. The first Dillon's Restaurant opened in 1999, Dillon's Thunderbird maintains much of its original home style, farm house ambiance from the early 1940's. Dillon's Arrowhead opened in 2005 and serves the gorgeous community of Glendale. The bar and restaurant hosts an ever-growing crowd of enthusiastic golfers and sports fan entertained by a live band on Friday nights. In the past three years we have added three new locations. Dillon's @ Scorpion Bay in September 2009, Dillon's Top of Central in July 2010, and Dillon's at the World Wildlife Zoo in November 2011. Dillon's Restaurants would not be successful without its amazing employees who are a huge part of our lives. We are very grateful for their loyalty and some have been with us since 1999!

"We made reservations for 9, and 11 people actually showed up. Regardless, the wait staff was cordial and helpful and friendly, the food extremely good, and the overall experience very enjoyable. We are all local residents in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant, so this was a very good crowd to impress. There will be repeat business."

"Love Dillions. Have mourned the loss of the one at Grand but this one is even better. Really good food and a great staff. Every time we go we are treated like we're at a very high end restaurant. Not to say Dillions is not high end.
Suprisingly my dining group went for soup and salads. They claim the dressings are the best anywhere. The potato bacon soup looked pretty darn good to. For me, when I go to Dillions it's for BBQ. Love the ribs, but someday I have to try some other things from their extensive menu."

"A neighborhood bar and grill kinda place. Food was quickly delivered and tasty. Onion rings light and flavorful, pulled pork had hickory flavor, and was tender. Drinks were good. Service was quick and friendly. All in all, a great meal at a reasonable price. We'll go again!"
