"My wife and I have been to Amor De Brazil for dinner three times, and this most recent trip was the best. The food quality at the salad bar was tops, and the variety and taste of the meats was better across the spectrum than in either of our first two visits. This is definitely a place to go for a special occasion. Even when busy it is not so noisy that one can't carry on a conversation."

"My wife and I were excited to have a date night, so we went to Amor De Brazil. Our experience was horrible! We had been there before and had a great experience, so we'd been looking forward to our dinner all week. We got to the restaurant and stood there for about 10 minutes before we were even greeted and there weren't many guests. Our greeter hurried us to our table and barely spoke to us. Our waitress was just as bad, Waited forever for our drinks. When it was time for the meats, they were tough and bland, and when I asked the gaucho, he laughed and said they were all "Well Done". I kept hoping it was going to get better, but throughout the meal, it was consistently bad. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I can't say that I will be back again."

"The service here was excellent. The staff was all very friendly. The food was amazing, some of the best cooked meat I have ever tasted and all for a very fair price. My wife has traveled to Brazil and was looking for a great restaurant to remind her of her travels and this was it. They even had the same brand of Brazilian soda she had been missing. All around this was a great dining experience for our anniversary."

"My husband and I have been to this restaurant a few times and have always enjoy the food. This time we had to wait a bit longer for an item that we requested. the servers we wonderful at trying to get the item for us, but it just took longer thean normal for us to receive it. But we would go back again as we enjoy this restaurant."

"Salad bar was well stocked and rice and beans were perfect! Meat servers were prompt, courteous and funny sometimes. Some of the meats were a bit on the saltier side. My only complaint really was our Server who was slow and didn't pay much attention to empty water glasses around the table until prompted. Considering location in Matthew, I considered this place to be on the pricier side and wouldn't be a place that I would visit often."

"The salads at this restaurant are amazing! They are different, light and fresh tasting. The choice of cheeses is huge. Not much on ambiance, but it is fun. The waitress serving the table side cocktails was friendly and informative. She suggested a new dessert that was light enough after such a big meal.
Actually the service ll around was very good.
The meats are for the most part very good. The lamb , I think, is the best. The pork is also very good. A couple of the beef offerings were a bit tough, but very flavorful.
We will be returning."

"Loved this Mothers Day at Amor de Brazil. I have been to a couple of the Rodizio Restaurants before. This was nice and layed back. Salad Bar was totally different than at Chima in Charlotte. Very good choices, and beautifully served. The Meat was fantastic --once we told the servers that we wanted rare meat they were very accomodating...Table side service of the famous Cane Sugar Rum drink was a added gourmet touch! Price was very good, and I would definately go back..Thank you Amor de Brazil!"

"I been trying food in different places in Charlotte, but nothing close to our Ecuadorian food like this Brazilian South American food, I took my mother to celebrate Mother's Day and she was delighted with the Food, Ambiance and service of the place, i will definitely come back to the place, i just wish they dedicate one night of the week to do Brazilian Parties like some places i know they do, i will be the first one to bring more friends to enjoy it."

"I visited Amor de Brazil for my birthday. My party had 8 people. We were promptly seated and greeted by our amazing server. We went to the salad bar and by the time we sat down the first meat selection was already at our table. We constantly had meat being served at our table. The food was amazing and the service was even better. I have been to other brazilian restaurants in Charlotte and this one is by far my favorite and the best. We will be back again. Thank you!!"

"The food was good. I dont know much about Brazilian cuisine but I felt like meal could have used more hot side choices. The ambiance was pretty weak. "I love this place....I am a meat eater and this place is great! Our server Katherine was really nice and was fluent not only in Portuguese, but Spanish and English. She was great! "We visited Amor De Brazil on St Patrick's Day and again had a great time. We made reservations and were seated as soon as we walked in. My only complaint's were our table was kinda smooshed against the wall with hardly any room to get out or have people walk by and most of the meats on this visit were rare to medium rare for some reason and we like it more towards well done. Our waitress Katherine was great and the servers were great as well."

"third dining experience here...all beefs not as good this time for some reason...was looking forward to garlic steak...wasn't nearly as good at all. The Flank steak was the superstar...the salad bar had fantastic selection...roasted red potatoes were good as a side...way too much garlic though...they should have taken some of that garlic and used it on the garlic steak...one with wine swirled in. Chicken salad and Potato Salad were TOP NOTCH....service was very attentive...though atmosphere was poor...here's why...they converted the bar area to a dining area...distracting mirror on wall cable outlets way up on wall where tv's must have been...little tables wobbly and chairs are thin and uncomfortable for a restaurant that uses white linen"

"For the value, everything exceeded it by plenty. The never ending steaks and great and friendly service were a delight. I have a very fussy eater for a son and he ate for the first time, restaurant food. All of it. That alone was worth the price of admission. We will be back."

"We went to Amor De Brazil for Valentine's Day. It was fantastic! The salad bar was very impressive! There was a wide variety of choices both hot and cold. They served a poached salmon on the buffet that was amazing! Very tender and juicy! The bacon wrapped chicken was awesome! Also, I would highly recommend the house special Top Sirloin. Be sure to have a big appetite. All of the food is very flavorful and tender. We will definitely make this one of our favorite spots."

"We went on Valentine's Day, which was of course, very busy. When we went before we were in "red" (no mais) mode a lot because food came around very quickly. This time, we sat near the front door and were always looking for food, since it seemed the skewers were empty when they got to us. After 2 hours we gave up on meat and had dessert, but I was still hungry when I left. The waiters need to flow differently so all tables get served hot meat equally."

"We tried this restaurant because we had never eaten Brazilian food. Didn't find that it was much different than American, other than the way it was served. Interesting place. Didn't care much for the arrangement of tables due to space, but understand the situation. Not a place we will visit often, but possibly on another special occasion."

"I made reservations for valentines day but upon arrival our table wasn't available, or so we were told. The hostess asked us to follow her on 3 occasions then decided there was nowhere for us to be seated. This went on for about 20 minutes. I probably would have left if it wasn't so late. The tables were really close together so there was not a lot of room to navigate through the restaurant. They only had a few wine chillers for the tables so of course our wine wasn't chilled after the first glass.
I'm sure I would return because the food was good. The price was great compared to other Brazilian restaurants. I just know what to expect the next time."
