"The food, the service is the poorest I have ever seen in Atlanta! You can not listen to Jazz since the band tries to sell their record, or the owner tries to promote their crab night! The waitress has no clue about the dishes and the wines.. On top of these, it is insanly overpriced for what they serve! Bottom line, dont ever go there!"

"Our reservations was for Sat. and I received calls the day before to pay the 5.00 pp cover charge which was not applied to the bill.I pull up at valet and there was a 10.00 charge to park.We get to the front door the hostess asked if we wanted the R&B or jazz side.I was not given an option when I paid my 5.00 cover which I expressed to the woman.I chose the R&B side and she explained that there would be another 10 pp charge. That's 10.00 at reservation, 10.00 at valet and another 20.00 at the door to hear R&B in lieu of jazz?That's 50.00 and we haven't made it inside as yet.A few minutes of back n forth with the hostess the promoter for the R&B show let us in for free. Needless to say the food was as mediocre as the show.I will not be back"

"This jazz bar was fantastic. I went there with my husband and we had a fantastic dinner. The ambiance was very chill. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definately be going back."

"The wife and I went to Acoustix for our 5th wedding anniversary. The music was good, the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The drinks were cool. We will go back. It's good for couples. We need to check out the other side."

"The service, ambience and music exceeded my expectations. This spot is perfect for a date night, celebrating a special occasion for a jazz lover. The food was delicious, and plentiful. I loved the jazz band. The music wasn't so loud we couldn't hear each other. Tameka, our server, was very professional, friendly, knoledgeable, and attentive. We will definitely return."

"Was not happy. The website does not reflect the location. The site shows a glamorous jazz restaurant however it is not. I'm a restauranteur and I was not pleased. It was a getaway weekend with my wife and I made reservations, they did not inform me there were two different sides to the "club". So when I hear the amazing jazz coming out the doors I was not happy when I was told they had no reservation and I must be on the other side of the building. I left irritated without eating."

"I made reservations through Open Table a few days ahead a time because I knew that Saturday nights are generally busy. When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that my name was not on the list and that I should have called to speak with someone named Frank. When I informed the hostess that I made reservations through Open Table and showed her my confirmation, she said that they did not honor Open Table reservations when they are packed. They only accommodate Open Table guests if they are not busy and have space. We were really looking forward to our night at Acoustix. Needless to say, we ended up dining elsewhere for the night."

"The Restaurant did not honor our confirm reservation time. They informed me that"I needed to call during the day because they had sold all of the tables." We waited for one hour plus to be seated. Not very professional. i have used Open Table in several cities. This was a first."
