At Gajalee we specialize in Coastal Indian Seafood. We have a unique menu to offer you something different from any other Indian restaurant. We look forward to serving you.
"We were there on a Sunday night at 6 and when we arrived it - kind of empty but then it filled up with families and couples. The vege samosas were very flavorful and light compared to most samosas. The special fried fish was very tasty and surprisingly moist inside. All-in-all a good experience. We tried several other traditional dishes and they were all quite good. The restaurant is very narrow so it can seem a little cramped."

"This was a surprise lunch for the Moms (friend's group) and they just loved it. The food was very authentic and the girls just devoured each and every bite of it.
Thank you for such amazing food and I am definitely coming back here for another round :-)"

"Located in a non-descript storefront like setting on Valencia St, Gajalee offers a super dining experience. I have enjoyed S. Asian food for some time, but found the South Coastal Indian cuisine at Gajalee to be highly original, totally delicious- at a hard to believe price point. The sea bass I ordered was cooked to perfection and swimming in an innovative spicy sauce. The fish would have cost high $20's to $30 in most up-scale restaurants- $13 here. Limited wine and beer selection- start with cocktails next door at Locanda."

"What an unexpected delight! We love all kinds of food, and are particularly happy when we find something different. This is primarily but not exclusively seafood, and prepared in a style different than many Indian restaurants. The flavors were excellent, presentation visibly appealing, and the service very attentive. We will definitely return, and would recommend this to anyone who is interested a different region of Indian cuisine."
