Bria Bistro offers seasonal culinary creations in a lively neighborhood atmosphere.
The inviting bar wraps around an open kitchen with a view
of the wood-fired oven fueling the rich aromas within the
restaurant. An extensive wine list, array of creative cocktails,
and variety of beers provide the perfect libation for anyoccasion. Open daily, Bria offers the perfect setting for that special evening out.
"As usual, Bria delivers. Our favorite date night for my hubby and I, with a great bar, inventive menu, and wonderful ambience. My 5 yo daughter LOVES this place(with kids, go early in the evening, before the "grown ups" come out to enjoy the night), the PEI Mussel's being her favorite meal of choice, but the secret "kid's menu" is also a hit. The flatbreads are always delicious, be sure to ask for crushed red pepper if you like a little kick, and their specials are always an experience. The wine list is very diverse, with the 1/2 off bottles of wine, mimosa's and champagne on Sunday's and Wed's a happy discovery. Definately recommended for perfect service...comfortable in a cocktail dress or dressy jeans, it is our favorite place."

"It was a busy evening, but we were seated right away in keeping with our reservation. While it was busy it was not to noisy for normal conversation. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. It is hard to choose from the menu. Everything looks good. Any special requests were handled without a hitch. Salads and entrees were great. You can't go wrong at Brio. I have lost count how many times we have been there. We have never been disappointed."

"I had so many special requests for a special mother's day dinner and they executed it like a pro! The ambiance was perfect for an adult crowd. The food was the bees knees! A+! AND our waitress was perfect!"

"The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and inventive. The menu changes on a regular basis and you should always consider the specials. Don't fill up too much on the warm bread and spiced olive oil because you will want to eat everything on your plate. Think about going on Sundays and Wednesdays because bottles of wine are 1/2 price. We are glad they are in our neighborhood."

"Our evening couldn't have been better. Great food, including the appetizers, which were perfect for the lighter eaters among us. Among us, we tried it all-appetizers, soup, flatbread and entrée--even dessert. We were all pleased. Attentive service and relaxing atmosphere."

"Really enjoy Bria's. Food is always good and very good service. Only thing, it was not kid friendly AT ALL. The pizza's that are on offer are not fitting for their appetite or palate. I'm sure the idea is to make it NON-KID FRIENDLY because they don't want to be thought of as a "family" style restaurant, but they should be prepared to cater for them. The chef was not interested whether our 7 year old was happy or not."

"The wine tasting dinner is always a treat. Some dishes we liked, some not quite as much - but there was definitely variety! the server kept bringing the next dish and next wine before we had finished what we had. It was quite busy that night, and we felt rushed to eat faster and vacate the table. As good customers (repeat customers and paying a little higher price for a "special" meal), we tried not to rush, although we didn't exactly linger either. However, one course was brought to the table as I had barely stared the one I had, and it ended up getting cold by the time I got to it."

"Mixed feeling on the food. My trout and salad were very good. The shoe string potatoes were burnt. The seating is not very comfortable with one person facing the wall and very close to the next table . Service was good."

"Very enjoyable dinner. We don't get out there often, but always have a good experience when we do. I'm sure the folks in Bellevue love having such a nice restaurant to go to right in the neighborhood."

"Quaint little restaurant with limited seating so make sure you have a reservation. Menu was classic Italian, but wih some unique twists that i havent seen before. The food was great and they had great chefs specials but, overall, Bri Bistro was overpriced."

"For the prices I expect a better wine selection by the glass and by the bottle... Employees need to brush up on their wine etiquette, regarding opening, serving a bottle. The $70 bottle was also not served at the right temp... Way too warm. Food was great, bar service left a lot to be desired, but the waitress made up for it, she was great."

I always have a favorite special on the menu, but find myself going for the specials. Great food, good prices, friendly staff. It will become a favorite!"

"Made a reservation a still had to wait. Sweet tea is more like tea with your sugar. Wait staff doesn't check on customers regularly. Got the feeling I was in a over priced fast food place."

"I am not a "foodie," but I enjoy a good meal. This was a birthday dinner with family. The food - appetizer, main meal and dessert - was excellent. Our server took good care of us. Food was served in a timely manner, nice and hot."

"The 'Third Thursday of the Month' menu was notable and the wine selection was absolutely outstanding. On our previous visit, we ordered from the menu and were treated to the finest Italian meal in memory."

"We thought the food was good with the potential to be excellent. The broth for the PEI mussels was sop-worthy but the mussels were about the tiniest we'd ever seen. The server only gave us one small fork even though we were splitting the appetizer. I used a mussel shell instead. Both entries - tile fish and hangar steak - had great flavors but had obviously been sitting under the lights as the sauces were congealing. The bread service strikes a discordant note with a loaf that looks like it came parbaked from across the street at Kroger's. It's just not up to the rest of the food and out of character for an Italian restaurant. Always glad for a Prosecco on the wine list but not when it is served at just below room temperature."

"We went to Bria Bistro with a Groupon, but will definitely go back for special occasions. The Mediterranian flatbread was very good, with lots of pesto and artichokes to compliment the tasty bread and chicken. The calimari appetizer was very tender with a soft breading. I wished the sauce container were deeper so I could dip the calimari more easily, but I managed to get all of it anyway. We were a little surprised to find such a great atmosphere and perfect decor in a corner across from Walgreen's, but happy to have Bria nearby. I recommend it!"

"Met a couple friends for dinner, and although we did not have alcohol, the wine list was very nice, many good choices. The menu is excellent and all three of us loved our choices. Dessert was divine! The waitress was very attentive, friendly and informative. I will return again soon!. This is something our Bellevue community needs and I hope many, many people who enjoy a nice dining experience, will frequent Bria Bistro."

"They had a special Valentines menu in addition to regular menu items. Both dishes ordered were great, waitress was great. Kept coming by just the right amount to freshen drinks, etc. Prices seemed a bit high, but the food was good enough to live with it."

"My husband and I had a nice evening planned. Bria was the destination. The service was good except for the fact our server didn't return after bringing our food to make sure it was prepared properly. I had a stuffed pork chop that was under cooked. When I got our servers attention it was taken care of but my husband was almost done with his meal. I really thought there might be some compensation because of the situation, but no."

"A small neighborhood bistro with a unique bar complete with a visible brick oven pizza area. We've been to this restaurant on a few occasions and highly recommend their homemade fried mozzarella appetizer, it's unlike any fried cheese sticks we've ever had. The regular menu entrees like their chicken manicotti is cheesy with chucks of tender chicken but its their specials you should try. They're innovative with unusual flavor combinations like mushroom ravioli topped with brown sage sauce and beef tips. Kids and adults should try the flat breads which are big enough to share. The service is friendly and attentive. Enjoy this little gem in Bellevue, it's quite during the weeknights but make reservations for Friday and Saturday nights."

"Recommended by friends who have eaten there a few times. Before we (two couples) were seated, the host was telling us what they were out of...I missed one of these. The wine list was indistinguishable...near duplicate descriptions, selections not recognized, waiter not knowledgable. The food--not good. The beet salad had a half of a beet and way too much dressing. The house pasta was cold and had a bad aftertaste. The eggplant was tasteless, with sauce that was flat, too much ruffage, not enough cheese. The bar area looked interesting, but our four-top booth was in a center run...no atmosphere.
Sorry Bria - never again."
