New owners, same great recipes and service,with some new additions.The restaurant is quaint, very charming. The chefs have over 25 years of experience. "Fratelli's is a neighborhood spot with good, though basic, food at reasonable prices. The caprese salads were extremely tasty, with nice tomatoes and a good vinegar. I had the Fratelli's fish, which was cooked well, but the sauce was nothing special. My son's seafood pasta was also a good basic dish. Our niece had the steak special which was the most tasty of the dishes we ordered, perfectly cooked to order. The wine list is very reasonably priced but lacks variety and doesn't seem to include any special occasion options. A big plus is that Fratelli's is a fairly quiet spot where a large family can have a meal and actually talk to each other. All in all, a good place for a solid (though perhaps not imaginative) meal."
