"Sunday evening dinner, reservations for seven fifteen. Since it was Sunday, and closer to closing (9pm), not too crowded. Seated, and within seconds, we were being tended to. From then on, we were wined and dined! Awesome food/service at a reasonable price."

"I would say the salad bar was excellent. As the starter it set the tone. The salmon and shrimp that came out with that course were equally as good. For the dinner part, I would have to say the 2 best items were the bacon wrapped filet and the filet. The skirt stake was tough and had no seasoning. The baby beef was not good either. The chicken was actually really good but dry. We all still enjoyed the dinner. I think if I returned I would be more choosy as to what meat I would eat based on this experience.

"We were the only ones there - we had an early reservation, went to the bar for Happy Hour, ran out of beer and then asked for a vodka and tonic, they came back and told us they were out of that too. Waited a long time to process our bill, we had a gift card and they had issues trying to redeem. They did provide a complimentary dessert which was nice - but a little too later after the whole experience. Seemed a little pricy for what we got, the food was good and generally the staff was pleasant. This was meant for a special birthday dinner and we were a little dissatisfied with the whole experience. Probably will not return."

"We arrived for dinner on a Wednesday night at 7:45 pm and thought the place was closed;not many cars in the parking lot. We needn't have made a reservation;the place is huge,but only about 15 people were there.Food selection was great:shrimp,salmon,all kinds of beef and chicken.All was well-seasoned and delicious,with the exception of the beef ribs,which I found to be a bit fatty.Service was also very good,with smiling,friendly waiters. We thought the location was odd--they might do more business if they were located at The Fountains or some other area that is a bit more populated. While we enjoyed our meal,we sort of felt as though we were keeping the staff from going home for the evening,because there were so few diners there."

"Congratulations to the Bar Manager - Rogerio - for making our first visit to Tradicao a pleasant experience! We really enjoyed the evening tremendously, and were made to feel special.
The only concern I have was that the photograph of the salmon on the menu was by far more attractive than the actual servings. One order of the salmon looked like small chunks of filet as it was so darkly covered with spices and SALT. Another order was placed for the salmon to be NO SALT. Unfortunately, it was just as small chunks, but must have been marinaded in salt! That was the only disappointment of the evening. All side dishes, dessert, and OMG - that salad bar - were delightful. Thank you for a very pleasant dinner."

"i took my best friend there for her birthday a a special treat and we were very impressed. the food, wine and service was fantastic. I have been bragging ever since. The only thing is we felt a little over dressed when we saw the other patrons believing it was needed to be in upper scale attire. I flew in from Alabama and will definately be back on one of my many trips to Texas."

"They could not have been more wonderful. The meats were fabulous, service perfect. They made my son's birthday a very special occasion. I will definitely go back. The only complaint (if you could call it that) is I wish they had a better salad bar. This is the only thing that gives Fogo de Chao the edge over Tradicao. Other than that it was absolutely the perfect evening!"

"Overall the dining experience was very good. Service was excellent, if not a little overbearing. There were only 4-5 other tables occupied during our visit on a late Sunday afternoon. The salad bar does not compare to competitors with the same Brazilian theme, however, the items were fresh and refilled in a timely manner. The chicken selections we sampled were on the dry side. The fish choices were somewhat lacking. Did not eat the shrimp, since the ones served were "very fishy" in small.
The meat dishes served were excellent, especially the sirloin and filet. The servers made sure our choices were prepared at the temperatures we requested. We did not sample the deserts."

"Went to this place for Valnetines Day. I must say that it has a really romantic vibe. The staff is awesome! I had the manager personally come to our table and ask if we wanted something that was not being served.
The reason why I gave it 3 stars was because of the food. Most of the meat was cooked medium rare so it didn't give me much option for what I personally prefer. The meats were not the most amazing thing in the world. I've been to Saltgrass and I totally loved their steaks. At this restaurant I think the focus is more on the luxury and ambiance rather than food quality.
Good place for a romantic dinner but not for a tasty memorable romantic dinner."

"The service was my only area of some dissatisfaction. The main course went well because all of the staff are rotating around with their skewers of meat in abundance. But when it came to one person bringing our desserts and coffee, it fell apart. I wasn't sure who was our actual waiter. They stopped filling our water glasses, and we had to wait a long time for our desserts which they didn't bring altogether. And that was with much of the restaurant emptied by then. We felt abandoned once the main course was done."

"My wife and I went to the restaurant on Valentines Day evening. We were met with very friendly personnel and they told us they would call us when the table was ready. We arrived early so we went into the bar and ordered a picture of Sangria. This was the best Sangria I have had in a while. We were allowed to transfer the bar tab to our main bill and this was nice not tohave to pay twice. I have to admit the service was very bad when it come to paying for the bill....this took about twenty minutes. I had ordered my wife two dozen roses and had them delivered to the restaurant. They were waiting when we arrived and was brought to the table as we set down...my wife was very suprised."

"This Brazilian Steakhouse serves a variety of perfectly grilled meats in a pleasing environment. I rate this as the best steakhouse in the Sugar Land area. The salad bar is adequate but don't waste too much time there. Save room for all that will be offered off the multiple skewers of meats that will be carved at your table. Sides of grilled plantains, rice, and mashed potatoes are served in unlimited supply with the carved offerings. The sound level is low allowing conversation with table mates. Menu is Prix Fixe with dessert extra, the price is fair."

"Had dinner at Tadicao again and i did not disappointed. The food and service were amazing
love the picanna it is so good! we knew Lederman since he had his place in The Woodlands and he is still the same person with great personality. I just wish they would open in The Woodlands we need great Brazilian steakhouse here."
