"Celebration spot for large groups - reservation flexible as party grew in size. Accommodated easily over twenty due to salad, veggie buffet and entree/meat servers frequent stops at our large table. Best meat was chicken wrapped in bacon and grilled pineapple. Glad ventured to San Bruno since downtown is quaint and reasonable cost for amount of food as compared to South Bay restaurants with similar style."

"We went for an early dinner (5:30 pm) Saturday, May 3rd to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Service very good from our attendant (Guilermo - apologize for spelling). The meat variety was very enjoyable. Cleo's is definitely a gem in the San Bruno downtown growing food scene.
The only criticism is that there was not a complimentary dessert for an anniversary celebration. I asked our attendant and he asked someone else and the reply was no. While I do not blame Guillermo, it is not if I asked for a whole sheet cake. A small bowl of ice cream would have been nice when we were paying Cleo's dinner price.
Go to Cleo's for the churrascaria experience but do not expect the small considerations to make it a memorable experience."

"Never been to a place like this, a friend recommend me to go for something special. I took the wife there and my kids for Mother's day and we has a blast. It was a unique experience, the staff was super friendly and the service was quick and pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone and experience different venues."

"Meat service was extremely slow and then not all the meats on the menu were served. We were a party of 12 and I have had several big party occassions at Cleo's - son's graduation, nieces bridal shower and have brought numerous friends to try out Cleo's. Paid a 517.00 bill and was not happy at all for this party and I was not happy at all!"

"Very accommodating with change on reservation. Unfortunately, it was so busy that we didn't get to try all the meat selection since they finish before our table. Our guests enjoyed their time. Probably suggest for better planning of table set up for big groups since it was hard to get in and out of our tables. Thank you so much for great service."

"I'd never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before, so I was surprised by the "model." (Basically, it's a buffet, then servers come around and cut you slices of yummy charcuterie, including brisket, top sirloin, lamb, chicken, etc. The meat was exquisite. The surroundings could be more upscale (especially considering the price--$29.99 per person--flat fee). They have a nice drink menu, and my mojito had lots of fresh mint."

"From their website this looked like a really fun place to dine. The servers were friendly enough, but the place completely lacks ambience or any kind of Brazilian atmosphere. The lights are too bright, and the interior looks very dated. The self service buffet / salad bar was extremely disappointing - all the food seemed rather tired and boring. The servers came around with various meats on skewers - but this was all rather tasteless and the chicken and the sausages came round a lot more often that the better cuts of meat and steak. What could have been a vibrant fun evening ended up being a complete disappointment."

"It was Valentine's Day and we are early diners, 6:30 PM. The restaurant was less than one fourth occupied. As we approached the hostess, she was speaking with another employee and asked us to wait until she was through. Not unreasonable, but surprising. After a minute or so, she proceeded to tell us that since it was Valentine's Day, there would be a limit to the amount of time we were allotted to spend dinning, 90 minutes. For a special evening we were hit immediately with two rather unpleasant events. This put a damper on a happy occasion from the start. One that we would not recover from. All we talked about the whole evening was the unprofessional way that we were greeted. We ended our dining within the 90 minutes, it was half empty."
