"We had an excellent experience! The cheese & jalapeño jam app was very good. The bacon-wrapped shrimp on polenta was worthy of every bite. The greatest part of the night was the service. Our server was as good as it gets ... couldn't be nicer and more prompt. She was wonderful. We highly recommend Gaia Bistro and can't wait to experience the patio in the summer."

"Perhaps the patio is a draw in warm weather but the food was mediocre and unimaginative with the exception of a couple of the appetizers. Our waitress was superbly attentive and competent."
