"Set on the property of one of the most beautiful resorts in the country (Ojai Valley Inn & Spa), the Oak Grill is a fantastic setting for a nice yet casual dinner. Beautiful large patio overlooking their breathtaking golf course, the menu has a nice mix of casual fare to gourmet cuisine. Our server (Kory) couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. The guitar player added sweet sounds in the background, enhancing the experience. Highly recommended."

"Be sure to have them seat you outdoors, even if it is cold outside the space heaters keep it very nice. The outdoor seating is much quieter, very pretty and romantic. Inside seemed loud because the walls are all solid. The food and service was excellent. The pork shank was outstanding, and the strawberry shortcake was very light and fluffy."

"located in the Ojai Valley Inn, which is a gorgeous 5star resort, Mission Style. Party of 7, business dinner, casual. Very attentive service, very welcoming to guests. Food took very long even though we did not order anything unusual (burgers, lasagne, salad). Guests loved the burgers, I didn't like the lasagna at all (unusual taste). Had a great Merlot recommended by the server, but was not offered more. Beautiful outdoor ambiance and style, nice mission-style architecture."

"My wife and I went here for Valentine's Day and it was OK, just not "truly special" as I would have liked. The service was excellent - the menu was limited, , and the food was good, again nothing truly special. If we go back to the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa for dinner we will go to the more exclusive restaurant looking for something truly special. The price however way NOT cheap and I was just expecting something more for my $ and something more for Valentine's Day."
