"Really enjoyed the food, very authentic. The service was fine, seemed like it took a while to get our appetizer and then our food considering it was lunch and the service should be geared towards a speeder service."

"My friend and I both thought that the waitress seemed a bit agressive, which kind of set an awkward tone for the meal. The food was OK. I've had much better at other Chinese restaurants, but I enjoyed what I had. My friend ordered a duck dish that turned out to have ribs (or some kind of bones) in nearly every bite that needed to be spit out. The dessert was delicious. The atmosphere was nicer than your typical Chinese restaurant -- cleaner, and more upscale."

"The waiter forgot our order, so we waited and waited and waited. Otherwise, it was fine. The food was good, and the sweet potato cakes were amazing. The wine pour was skimpy."

"The restaurant was very good. The staff was a bit too eager to service you, making us feel rushed. Good place to eat and will definitely be going back."

"This is a very authentic Chinese restaurant. You can still order fried rice and sesame chicken, but if you want to try something a little more daring the options abound. The decor is upscale and elegant in this small restaurant. Our service was fair, but wasn't anything oustanding."

"Food and service were both good. I would not say this place is amazing. But it's steady and a good place to eat. The ambiance and decor is very very nice. Makes the place a little romantic."

"my food and guests were cold, soup and entree. When it returned, it was luke warm. If asked I would tell others that although I have eaten there occasionally before this visit without incident, the food quality is suspect."

"The food had a lot less flavor that I'm used with similar restaurants. Also, our waiter did not seem well trained on his job. I ordered a drink that comes with a splash of cranberry.. and apparently they were out of cranberry so instead of asking me what else I wanted, he has the drink made anyway without the juice. Causing it to not taste good. Then he never asked if I wanted something else after I complained about the taste of the drink; finally I ordered a beer and he told me that my beer would be "on the house"."

"Our server was excellent! The food itself was mediocre. However, it was located conveniently near the theater (we were going to see a movie), and the restaurant was a nice clean modern environment. Not fit for a "foodie", but definitely worthwhile for a quick lunch or dinner or drinks and appetizers. I would go there again, just not for a special occasion."

"Little Szechuan definitely did not live up to the hype I had heard regarding their amazing menu. From my perspective, it is just OK Chinese Food in a hip environment. As there are so many excellent Chinese spots in town (The Teahouse, Village Wok, Rainbow Chinese Room), I doubt I will go back."

"Service was excellent and our server was especially polite. Food was amazing. Also, we were engrossed in conversation and mistakenly stayed a few minutes past closing time but were never bothered."
