Delicious Northern Italian cuisine; Serafina Meatpacking prepares fresh pastas, pizzas, seafood and meats. Open for, lunch or dinner, dine in or take-out. To sit in any of the dining rooms is a treat, as one can almost envision artists of any craft sitting and scribbling their ideas on the walls already covered with original artworks. 3 floors and an outdoor café offer excellent people watching on the neighborhood's classic cobblestone streets.

"We did not receive a bread basket and had to ask three times. They forgot a side order and brought it out after we had to ask and wait for it even though it was ordered w the entree. The good was very good, and the waiter compensated by providing a round of drinks."

"4th time on this restaurant. Have previous written really good reveiws. But this time it was such a dissapointment - and we had invited guests. 1) They did not have our Open Table reservation. The hostess said she had a table and then we waited 10 min to be seated at the entrance when there was plenty of tables available. Took forever to order. Music was turned up with Friday night dance music so we could hardly talk - this was a Sunday evening. The burger was tiny and the meat hard fried (asked for medium). Our favorite dish was sold out. The Carpaccio came with out the parmagio, but smeared in dressing. When I asked for it to be served as on the menu (without dressing and with parmagio, the waiter started arguing with me). Very unpleasant"

"Horrible service. Had to wait over 30 minutes for our table to be ready. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our orders to be taken. Drinks came after our food, which was cold. We asked for the bill and 30 minutes later we got it. The whole experience was horrible. I will never go back."
