"I've been going to Mandarette for years and have noticed the past few times that the service is declining. Last night 4 of us went for dinner and: 1 person had to ask for lemon for her tea 3 times; 1 tried to order a drink and asked the waiter about it and he explained every other drink except the one my friend was pointing to on the menu; I had to ask 3 times for my white rice; then we had to ask twice for the bill."
