"this was the first time at this location and I was not that impress. I went on line and make 8 clock reservation Tuesday evening, we arrived at 8, we were seated about 15 minutes later. My wife and I had a birthday coupon and we notice there were mostly birthday celebration at each table. So from a business point of view I see why we had to come Tuesday thru Thursday. That being said, the table we were at there was 5 other people who had there own social gathering about business and we didn't care to have them dominate the hold evening with that conversation, and most disappointed thing was the food took forever to start. We didn't leave until past 10:00."

"Staff was nice and helpful although being able to be seated when our last person was 15 minutes away would have been nice so we could have ordered our drinks instead of waiting for a single person (compared to the 7 already present and antsy).
It was a birthday dinner and they were nice about keeping our cake in the fridge and letting us have it for dessert, they snapped a group photo and gave it to us as a momento.
The hibachi shrimp is fantastic!
The rainbow roll is great too!"

"My only complaint is that we were a party of six and the squeezed NINE people. I had my grandchildren and a friend who had never been there. The table accomodates eight however, nine is a push. My grandchildren were told they needed to move over, they were squeezed in very tight and the man on the end practically had to eat out of his lap. The table beside us had six people all to themselves. We seldom go because we drive in from West of Katy and it could have been better if we werent squeezed in like that. Otherwise, the food was good but we had to yell to speak to one another because of the noise! Thank you!"

"I am use to visiting the bennihana on westimer were the atmosphere is great,food is delious and the people are friendly. But unfortunatly. I decided to spend my birthday certificate at the sugarlamd location where i did not have a good time. First of all my chef was not enthused...very dull and boring...the rice and vegtables were kind of hard still and nothing was seasoned enough..there was a couple at my table that carried on a very loud convo the whole time that the boring chef did his performance.The server and chef were aware that it was my birthday and i did not recieve my b-day song or ice cream until the show was over, and the chef was gone,and also that couple. I did not enjoy myself and will not visit sugarland location again.HBD"
