"I took my husband there for dinner for Father's Day. He had never been there. He absolutely loved everything about it. He devoured the food. He enjoyed the atmosphere very much and was entertained by the chef cooking our food. He thought we'd spend more money than we really did. That was a plus for us. We will definitely be back."

"Give yourself 2 hours (at least) to dine. The food was very good and the pace was good when things finally got started. A 30 minute wait to be seated and get started on a slow Sunday night is just wrong. Manny (our chef) was very entertaining and a great cook."

"You sit down not knowing what to expect. You are made to feel comfortable right away even though you are sitting with strangers. Then before your eyes the best fried rice is made, your meat is cooked to perfection all the while performing tricks,jokes and leaving to wonder how did they do that. By the end of your meal you realize you had great entertainment and great food. You also are no longer sitting with strangers because you have learned some interesting facts about each Person at the table. Where else can you go and have all that in one meal? You even get a photo to take home with you. We look forward to our next visit."

"We have gone to Benihana's for several years now. It is enjoyable, easy to get in and normally have not had to have a reservation. It is exciting to watch the chef prepare the food at your table, and the food is cooked to perfection. I cannot imagine a better place to celebrate a special occasion."

"I like to visit Benihanas and Kobe Steak and their ilk for the show and the ability to share a fun dining experience with my guests (and let's face it, it's not a place for a date situation, but for some friends to get together and have a fun time). The "chef," a supposedly-authentic Japanese chef (named "José"), kept dropping his implements when he tried to spin them, dropped/broke two of the eggs when spinning them on the spatula, and consistently missed the shrimp-tails-in-the-toque bit. And the mustard squeeze bottle trick is funny the first four-five times you see it, but after that, it gets old. Other than that, the average food was edible. Maybe it's just this location, but it will be a while before I visit another Benihana..."

"The service was fantastic & the amount of food they serve you is incredible! My glass of iced tea stayed full during the entire meal. The chicken fried rice, however, lacked something and tasted a little bland. We were also not offered the hot green tea after the meal that was on the menu as included. Overall, the experience was great!"

"Too pricy for me to bring my group for a special occasion. I assume the high price is for the "entertainment" by the chef. Most of my group didn't especially care for onion soup, your salad, and the onions with zucchini as vegetables, so they ate chicken and dry steamed rice for $19.99. I myself did enjoy the food; however, maybe more choices with a more inexpensive entrée would be better suited for others."

"we took my daughter for her 6th bithday. I had filled a kids membership out on-line in late march and hadn't recieved a post card in time for our dinner. My daughter missed out on a souvenier mug...our server wouldn't budge on giving it to her, wouldn't even speak to a manager on our behalf. He said bring it in next time...sorry buddy, there won't be a next time.
Our server was non-exisitant for much of the time, when he did come around, it was rushed! And unprofessional.

"You can never go wrong at Benihana. Any menu item can be order to your specifications. The sushi menu is not that extensive but who goes to Benihana for sushi? You go for the hibachi. Our chef put on a great show. He interacted with the customers and was very entertaining. The onion volcano/train never gets old for me. Our server, Phorn, is awesome. He was very attentive and funny. I ordered the hibachi tuna steak, rare. It was delicious! Prepared just the way I like it. My husband ordered the hibachi supreme with garlic butter on everything. That too was delicious. Overall, everything at this Benihana is awesome!!!"

"The overall experience was average. We made reservations but I ended up sitting in a tight corner between a stranger and my husband...with barely elbow room. There were 6 adult sized people and 2 children at the table --far too close for comfort. Very disappointed with that setup. The waitress was polite but needs to speak up and maybe explain the menu a little bit. The chef was funny but I have seen more showmanship? at other locations. The food was blah...I thought they seasoned better. The steak was tough...extremely tough. Nothing about the food said JAPANESE or ASIAN or anything...just some grilled meat with rice! I lived in Asia for 13 years...can I get a little spice?"

"We made the reservation through OpenTable for 7pm. Arrived at the restaurant a few minutes early and were seated after a short wait.
The wait-staff was well trained in regards to menu items front to back and answered any questions that anyone may have had.
The chef was also well experienced in the preparation and use of the hibachi. His commentary was funny at times (standard lines), but watching him cook was hypnotizing. All of the food items were done within a few minutes of each other (seven people were seated together).
For the amount spent, the food was very good, atmosphere was fun (but not over-the-top) and overall, I am very satisfied with the experience at this location.
Recommended for a moderate priced restaurant."

"I was very disappointed that our reservations were at 7:30 and we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a table. The hostess originally told us 10 minutes when checking in at 7:25. After about 15 minutes, I had to ask what our status was and she replied with another 10 minutes. After some time, I had to approach the hostess for a third time about being seated. There was never an explanation or apology from anyone. This was frustrating, to say the least.

"We went for a valentine's day dinner. That guy didn't serve whats ordered; and also charged different price than the one we choose. Basically, we choose a lunch portion and also confirmed thats available. But when billed, to our surprise we were charged double. The food is not sufficient, despite compromising for the wait time and sharing the table with 3 diff groups."

"We made a reservation for 7:30 and when we got there we still had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated the waiter took our orders then the chef came to start cooking our food. The grill that he was using was overheating so we were moved to another table. The waiter's assistant was avoid and was not helpful in helping our table transfer. The chef cooked another round of appetizers (fried rice and shrimps), it took almost 2 hours after we were seated to get to our entrée. To save the day, the manager took 50 off our bill, that was good but I don't plan on going back to this location."

"We have been celebrating selected special occasions there for years. Mostly it was great. The only negative is that when we first arrived we couldn't even talk because of a very rowdy table of teen-aged girls who were yelling at the top of their voices. Fortunately they left before too long and we were able to enjoy the rest of the evening. Our servers and especially our chef were excellent."

"we have been eating here for a while but the last 3 times have been really bad experiences - once our family of 5 was put with 8 others - it was so cramped we couldn't even move - and it was too much for the cook who couldn't keep it all straight. Last visit was ok but the fire alarm kept going off and the server was scare and couldn't keep up with all her tables."

"I love Benihana's, however not this time. Our waitress was awesome!!! But our cook Gerard or Gerardo (I couldn't see the end of his name tag). Was very lack luster and therewre kids at the table. A big part of going to Benihana's is the extetainment and cooking show. Gerard did not deivr."
