"The shrimp was great and the service was wonderful! There were 2 young boys (with their Mom and Dad) at our table. It was obvious that they had not been there before and they were thouroughly entertained by the whole experience. Part of the fun was watching them!!!"

"Our chef was very good. We were at table with register directly behind us and a couple of the wait staff were inappropriate in their conversations. Of the other 2 patrons at our table one was friendly but the woman was a nightmare loud and rude to wait staff a pain . We were there celebrating our daughters graduation from college. We made the best of it. Food was good but amount too much. I'd prefer half the amount and a lower price."

"I took my mom/family out for Mother's Day Dinner and they loved it. Our Chef was very funny and enthusiastic..very talented although he said that it was his "first" day (haha). I usually do hibachi on special occasions like Mother's Day or Anniversaries but sometimes I'll just go to the sushi bar for two. And still, that's never a disappointment. Benihana's is always satisfying. Great service and great atmosphere."

"We have gone to this restaurant many times. It is a lot of fun and if you have not gone before, you need to go for dinner after that i would go for lunch. It is cheaper and it is almost the same food. We signed up for their email club and we get 30.00 for dinner. This used to be alpt but i feel like they have raised thier prices and this will get you a dinner(barely).
Oberall this is a fun place that is great for a special occasion but I would not go here otherwise."

"My husband and I visited for my birthday. We were expecting to be sat with other people being, however we were sat with a ridiculous amount of children. This made the meal highly noisy. The floor around our table was covered in trash (straws, chopsticks, paper umbrellas, etc). I had to wait forever for waitress service, be it for a refill or soy sauce. Our chief was clumsy, his tricks were less than impressive because of that. And he gave preference to the larger party for everything. Luckily the food was good at least. However I will never come back unless I can get a group together or request to not be sat with children."

"We were there celebrating 3 birthdays and it was an amazing time. One of our group had never been to Benihana so the entire visit was great to see through her eyes. Our server, Jake, was excellent! Whatever question we had, he answered, he assisted us with our birthday certificates, he went above and beyond the call of duty. The three of us had never had such excellent service. He focused on only one member of the group, and didn't seem interested in the rest. We have been to several restaurants like Benihana, and he was the least skilled. "Our chef was starting to prepare the fried rice and shrimp appetizers when he realized the cooking surface (would you call it a grill??) was not hot enough. He called a manager over and they promptly moved us to another table, carrying all of our drinks and other items for us and included a round of drinks on the house. Everyone kept apologizing profusely, but really they did the right thing. They moved us, gave us a free drink, and we went on with our dinner. Thank you for great customer service and lovely meal as well!"

"We had a reservation, arrived on time, and were handed a buzzer to wait to be seated. I asked how long and they told us with certainty and several times, "just a couple of minutes". 25 minutes later, we still waited. My husband asked to speak with the manager, who wasn't receptive or kind regarding our concern. This caused my husband to get upset, not a great way to start the night. We were, however, seated shortly after that and enjoyed our chef and meal very much."

"As always Benihana is a wonderful place to eat. Because they cook I front of you and the cooks are so talented its almost like dinner and a show! The chefs have many jokes and tricks up thier sleeves that make sure every meal is not only tasty but fun.
I highly recommend taking a group with. The cooking tables seat eight each and seeing first timers faces is so fun. The prices for lunch run about $15 so making this a monthly eating out experiance is possible. I tend to save this place for twice a year just so that I can appreciate the skill of the cooks every time!"

"I loved it here! I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and it as my first time there. The chef wa beyond amazing! I think his name was Maurice. He was friendly andvery funny. I loved the fact that he interacted with EVERYONE. There was a toddler at our tabl and he even madea choochoo train out of our food for him. I loved that he was nice and his jokes were ver appropriate. I would recommend this place to anyone. The servers were very nice as well. They checked on us contantly. That is a major fator fr having a great restaurant! I've been to other places in which the sever comes only once. Everyone there was friendly. The bartender, I think his name was RD was also sweet. Great place and AMAZING food."

"We had a birthday in our party of 8. We got there about 10 minutes prior to our reservation and our table was ready right on time. Dining here is as much show as it is great fresh food and quality cuts of meat. It's a festive atmosphere although hard to have a conversation with the person across from you as the grill is the "table", but with all the chef antics going on, you don't really talk. And once you get your hands on the shrimp sauce your mouth is full anyway, stuffing yourself with food cooked in butter. What's to discuss? This place is awesome fun, a special treat kind of place for us and not cheap. But very, very fun, relaxed upscale dining."

"We have been there numerous times, but this was first time for lunch. The chef was ok, not as good as any others we have had. He screwed up three of our five orders and the other two people at our table, he screwed up theirs. Also had to ask numerous times for the white rice for our kids, which we ordered right away."
