"We would have liked to have had a little more elbow room - there were 10 of us crammed into an 8 person table. Maybe they don't have any other option though for a group this size. We were celebrating a teenagers birthday. The food is always good, unfortunately our "chef" wasn't all that entertaining."

"I normally love going to benihanas . I was dissapointed this time with the service we recieved from our waitress At first she was doing good. After the chef cooked our food we didn't see her again . I tried many times to get one if the other waitress to help us but was unable to get help. Finally i just went to the hostesses syand and told them thay our waitress had not come back since the chef cooked and that our kids would like deseart and we want our check. The hostess came to our table then got us helped and at the pount of paying our bill our orignal waitress showed back up."

"Everything was as expected but the restaurant was a little stingy: the menue indicated that the meal package included soup/salad, tempura, rice, and ice cream; however no tempura. When asked was told it was coming but none came. Asked for hot sauce and they brought small plate and charged 0.75 cents. That is cheap. Wonder why they did not charge for soy sauce??? Parking at lunch time was not validated, only from dinner time. Parking is parking, why the difference?"

"We attended a dinner for me and my wife as a special occasion. We don't get out much without the kids.
We made a reservation days before and after being less than 3 minutes late we lost our spot and had to wait an additional 45 minutes to sit. Once we did sit i literally measured out a space so small i had to sit sideways and eat with on arm facing the table.
We had steak and Sushi - The Sushi will be the only reason we come back. Service was bad. Steak was mediocre."

Also size of shrimp and scallops compared to other competitors are half the size. It would be nice to see bigger cuts of seafood being that you guys were the original hibachi. Also using more garlic butter in your rice might add more flavor. I enjoy Asian City up North in Humble, I would recommend a visit to compare."

"I had a reservation for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:15 and was not seated until 2:45pm. We then waited another 30 minutes for the chef to arrive. The food was good, but nothing special. I will not travel to this restaurant again when Ichibon, HB Steakhouse and Asian City are all closer to my home."
