"After a day in the park, what a nice way to unwind yet still be energized. Being seated with another family was so much fun. We conversed and joked and made acquaintances from somewhere else. Definitely planning to retun next time we're in Orlando."

"It was my dads birthday and we had a nice group that attended our chef was good even got me different rice, joked with my uncle about ketchup and no they don't have none needed. Quality of food was good, wish we had extra they unfortunately don't do the fire volcano and surprisingly no noodles ;( however we did receive a free photo copy for each at table and ice cream ( the dessert menu limit was hoping for fried ice cream) instead we had pineapple boat which was fresh and juicy."

"I took my wife here for her birthday. Food, chef and environment was all good. Only downfall had a bad waiter. We made reference that we were there for my wife's birthday he then asked if she had a chef certificate. She said no, he didn't even explain what it was. He took a long time getting anything you asked for and made weird responses to customers questions (other couples not just us) around the table. Over all its a good nice restaurant exactly what you'd expect we just happen to get a bad waiter."

"The food is good at this Benihana but they don't have the same shrimp sauce that the Benihana in Minnesota has. That sauce is much better. Also, the Golden Valley location has a much better atmosphere than this location. This one feels to chaotic and the lights are too bright for the ambience."

"I was very dissappointed with our visit to Benihana. I love Japanese hibachi food and my family and I go to many different hibachi restaurants in the area and I have to say honestly that ALL of them are better than Benihana. The food tasted good, but I was dissappointed that the show was not as good as in other restaurants. I don't need a show because I've been through so many but there was a family with young children at our table and there really wasn't much about the show that wow'd them.
Also, I was very dissappointed that we did not get lo mein with our meal. My husband also did not care for the mustard sauce as much as the white sauce that is usually served. I understand they have their own way of doing things, but I won't be back."

"We had an excellent dining experience at Benihana - Orlando. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Our table chef was excellent! He was funny and engaged the kids in the dining experience. He kept the entire table involved during his excellent chopping, slicing and dicing techniques. My kids said that was the best steak they have ever had! "We were dining with another couple & it was their first time dining at Benihanas. I told them that Benihanas was better than their favorite hibatchi restaurant, so they agreed to try it out with us.
It took our server 10 minutes to come over to greet our table. We ordered sushi & it was delivered without soy sauce or plates, & I had to go and ask another server for these items as our server took a very long time to come back to our table.
Our chef was lacked showmanship and flair, but he was nice. He also completely forgot to serve my friend's steak entree. They did comp his meal, so that was nice.
Overall we were not satisfied with our experience this time, and our friends still prefer the other hibatchi restaurant to Benehanas."

It was a birthday celebration for my fiancee and myself (he is March 10th, I am March 20th) and though his order was incomplete (he ordered the steak, chicken and colossal shrimp trio) he never received the colossal shrimp; just the shrimp that came with the appetizer. However the excellent management team quickly remedied the situation with an additional discount for the oversight. It was my first time to Benihana's and we both completely enjoyed ourselves. You have an excellent staff, great food and two more lifetime customers."

This particular location gets very busy so dine early or late because between 6:30 and 8:30 it is slammed. The menu has a more creative and extensive selection than your average Teppanyaki restaurant. Benihana is #1 in my book."

"Orlando Benihana is one of the best Benihana restaurants. Our "chef", Nolan, was terrific. Our group included a seven year-old and Nolan made his participation part of the program.
We recommend Benihana though be sure and make reservations - the wait can be very long."

"The good, wait staff attentive and efficient, food extremely fresh, sushi best I've had in Orlando. The bad, as far as website goes about the tempenyaka show was non existant much more was expected. The food aside from the filet was bland, delivered in a weird order, and the portions (5 small pieces of zucchini) where awful. Dinner for 2 with a $100 bill at the end was not worth it. Would recommend them on their sushi but nothing beyond that. Thankful to the other people we dined with at our table for making the night not a complete waste!"

"6 of us had a great meal, as always at Benihana. Dined here several times and alway excelent food..just wish people wouldn't bring babies in High chairs to this type of resturant. Spoils the ambiance alittle when they start crying all through the meal, or perhaaps Benihana's should re=arange the setting , so as to have a 'quieter side for ' non Family Adults..but still great food and great service"

"The cooks and servers at Benihana provided us with a very entertaining dinner! Service was very attentive, for example your drink was refilled before you ever had the chance to ask. Additionally, all of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the food was on the bland side, a surprise for hibachi. I was happy to see that our chef paid extra attention to he child at our table, seeing to it she had a great time and making sure she her food was to a child's liking."

"Great time, good food. This was my first time visiting and I was concerned about it living up to all the hype but that was not an issue. We did change our reservation though OpenTable but it didn't show up at the restaurant so we had quite a bit of a wait. We sat at the bar though and had some apps and some drinks. It was happy hour which last until 8pm so the prices were reasonable. The hibachi was great particularly the fried rice, I think that was the highlight of the meal. Also the vegetables were very fresh which was a pleasant surprise. Overall the meal was great and I would go again should I come back to the area."

"Our colossal shrimp were a bit overcooked. The shrimp appetizers were delicious and my filet mignonwas cooked to.perfection,the best I've had in years. For the price the seafood portions should be lightly larger. I received 5 small scallops. Also don't except to find the ususl shrimp or white sauce for dipping, they had a mustard based sauce. Their ginger dippings sauce is better than any hibachithat I've been to."
