"I took my mother and my aunt to Benihana's for Mother's Day. First off, we had reservations at 7:30 and did not get seated until 8:35.I couldn't believe that it was 19.00 for half a chicken breast then charge an extra 4.00 for chicken rice. That is insane!!! I will not go back to Benihana's and will never recommend it to someone. The food was overpriced and was flavorless. By the time we left it was about 10:30. I have a 6 year-old so it was difficult trying to get him to bed so late and wake him up early for school."

"A friend of mine suggested this place for my 22nd birthday. The servers were kind and patient, the cook was funny and talented, and the fresh fried rice made in front of us was my favorite part of my meal! Had chicken and steak combo and it came with onion soup as a starter. Everything down to the soup tasted so great. Had a glass of riesling to celebrate. I couldn't have been happier with my experience!"

"Aesthetically the restaraunt looked great. Staff was ok, but didn't seem to care much about us as we crammed into the small awkwardly shaped entrance area. We made a reservation online but didn't get seated until 40mins after our scheduled time.
Our waitress wwas nice and very attentive, she was on top of collecting dishes and refilling drinks. Our cook however, was a bit dissapointing. He was Hispanic (nothing against hispanics) no-one at the table could understand him. He was very erratic, kept messing up, dropping things and put WAY too much butter on EVERYTHING & took long to cook our meal. Food was expensive for what you get, save your money & pass on this one."

"We enjoyed our trip to Benihana in Coral Springs. The waiters were pleasant and helpful and the chef was funny. The service was good. We came as a couple and had to wait for the table to fill out with other people we did not know before we could begin our meal. I guess when you go there you should either go as a group of 6 or 7 or be prepared to meet new people and mingle. Overall a good experience."

"The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The service was fast and friendly, but the food
was blend. It lacked seasoning. We were disappointed, we have been to Peking Tokyo

"Service was great, food was delicious and well prepared. Our teppenyaki chef was quite entertaining. The only negative, the yum yum sauce replaced the old reliable (and delicious) mustard sauce. We've been to many Benihana restaurants but this was by far our favorite Benihana experience."

"Our chef was "Ely" and he made te experience that much better, the waiter was okay. Could have been more on top of our drink needs, every 15-20 min you would hear someone from the table complaining about their drink. Hence even Ely asked for a drink for a guy at the table to the manager because the waiter was missing in action. All in all very good place, but they need to hire more waiters. I believe our waiter was bombarded with tables making it hard for him to attend everones needs.

"I have lived in NY, Las Vegas and now Florida. Far and away our chef was the best at what he did. I usually go for the food, & not the chef's same old knife banging. Our chef was truly outstanding. He did tricks that weve never seen before. Atbit wasall thru the cooking process. He was an atrtidan. Our table was mixed with young & old and he made the meal outstanding for all of us. He made the meal memorable. We went out of our way to tell the mgmt"

"We first visited this location on 2/13. The food, atmosphere, and service were so good that we could not wait to go back. We booked another reservation and went back a week later on 2/18 with a friend and a larger party for her birthday. Once again, we had a delightful experience. The chefs were talented, friendly, and accomodating. The children in our party were included in the conversation and the demonstration and really enjoyed themselves. All of the staff were very attentive but I especially want to mention the manager. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The prices of the lunches were very reasonable. I joined the chefs table and am planning another visit soon with my birthday certificate."

"We ordered the steak and chicken for two and since I did not want the rice our server mentioned a double portion of veggies...That didn't happen ;( The Steak was tough...the dinner was entertaining and since we were celebrating my hubby's birthday they brought him an ice cream sundae, sang happy birthday and snapped our photo. "We went to celebrate my birthday with the family. Excellent experience. One of my son has special needs and was amazed with the cook so much that he even learnt to use the chopsticks. They actually make a show on food preparation."
