"It was fun to watch Alex do his thing but i wished that he had been around a little later really wanted to tip him he made the evening. but we did not think until it was too late next time we know what to do. also, my husband wanted something off the other menu that was spicy and i wish we could have ordered it. All n all nice time first time there it was great. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!"

"My fiance and I eat here often, and never have any complaints. The food is always very fresh and made right in front of you, and it always consistently delicious. Meats are always cooked to the correct temperature/doneness, and seafood is never over/under cooked. They are also really good about catering to those with allergies. The fried rice is to die for! Yummy!!"

"I've been a regular patron of this restaurant chain for years. having lunch or dinner at least twice a month. After this visit, I'm not sure when I'll return. My filet was tough and the lobster was very disappointing. My husband didn't enjoy his meal either. I have been to this location at least four times and the food has not been that good. The one good thing that I can share is that the staff was very nice on each occasion."

"Service was not at it's best.
We encountered the following deficiencies:
. Our Shrimp Tempura was served to us cold and we had already eaten our soup and salad when we received it;
. Everyone in our party did not receive their food at the same time - the guest of honor (our mother) received her food last;
. We did not receive our rice promptly with our food - we had to ask for it;
. Our mom (whose birthday we were celebrating) ordered her Fillet Mignon well done and half of her meat was bright pink."

"I come to Benihana every year for my birthday! You can't beat the deal they give you and since the food is so wonderful (and plentiful) I never leave wanting more. With the extra flare of two birthday songs and a candle in your dessert - they definately take birthday's serious. The free photo is a plus too - although we didn't get ours this year (took so long to get it back we had to leave.)"

"Had dinner at Benihana's for a birthday outing with the family. If you are a registered with Benihana, you receive a $30 discount coupon for a dinner Monday through Thursday--pretty good deal. The restaurant is nice--usually pretty busy; be sure to make a reservation via online or giving the restaurant a call. The staff was friendly. Overall a very nice place to eat, but it is a little pricey, so I suggest eating here on special occasions or if you are in the mood to dine in a upscale place.
The drinks I had were very good--compliments to the bartender. However, I was a little disappointed that I could not find any classic cocktails on the menu--most were newer concoctions--good nonetheless. Guess I am out of date wanting classics."

"We went to Benihana for a fun day out. I had never been to one before. My husband had just went to one in California and couldn't wait to take me. We thought the food was great. If you are shy you might want to go with people you know as you sit at a table for 7-8 people. We were there for lunch and found the prices reasonable. Dinner items were more.but. shareable. We will be going again and next time out kids will be with us."

"The food is consistently good, and the service, though rushed with the soup and salad course, is good as well. Some of the cooks are more animated and engaging than others as far as the entertainment, but they all seem to know how to cook.
I do not like that they are now adding The "suggested tip" to the bill. At first glance it could be missed with patrons tipping on top of the tipped total. I know that would be great for the staff, but it is unfair and a bit devious to the patron."

"We had a wonderful time at Benihana for my birthday. The food was fabulous and our chef Eduardo was very entertaining! My 2 children were fascinated by his spatula and knife skills! The servers were very attentive and kept our drinks full at all times. My only complaint is that I felt we were squeezed in together so close on our side of the table, it was hard to move my arms!"

"Benihana is a great place to celebrate with a group. We went there for my husband's birthday celebration. Neither of us had been there in years and our kids (7 & 9) had never been. The staff was great (from the hostess, wait staff and chef at our table). Our kids are quite picky eaters but they each found one thing that they liked. I honestly think their favorite was the ice cream that they received at the end of their meal.
We will definitely go back."

"Great food prepared by a good chef. He really entertained the kids as well as the adults. I loved how we (the guest ) were able to interact with each other as well as with the chef. "We just went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was our first time in Benihana, my husbands first time in a Hibachi table, great experience for both,the monthly special was a great choice as for good food and value, great service, great food and even when we had a couple with a toddler and a baby sharing the table with us, their kids were so distracted by the cooking show that you couldn't even say you had kids at the table. Also shared the table with another sweet couple, Benihana is for sure an experience I would recommend!"

"It had been a long time since we had been to Benihana so was time to give it another try. We had a few minute wait for our 7:30 reservation, that we were 5 minutes late for. The restaurant was full and energetic. We were greeted within 3-4 minutes by a friendly woman, but was difficult to understand. Menu choices were good. With 4 ppl in our party we all choose different items. I had Filet Mignon, ordered MR-med and was actually well with no pink at all. Chef was very skilled and put on a nice show. The rest of the family enjoyed their meal, actually had to take home doggie bags as they were full, so that is always a good sign, plenty to eat.
We did feel very rushed, that was a turn off. But would go back to try out other items on the men"

"As always the food was pretty good. The service was not quite up to par. The server rushed us through ordering and when the chef came out, half the orders at the table were screwed up. The salad came out with the soup instead of one at a time. And the appetizer was served with the main course. WHILE the chef was wheeling away his little cart, the server, who was nowhere to be found for drink refills, was shoving boxes in our faces to box up our food, rather than giving us a moment to enjoy it. If you can "overlook" mediocre service for good food, then this would have been ok. I want good food and good service, so I found it rather frustrating."

"The food was really good and so was the entertainment by the chef.
I would suggest to bring a group of people. They will seat you by groups of
8 people regardless if you came together or not.So you will end up eating
with complete strangers if you don't bring your own group of people."

"Only issue is that even with a reservation, we had to wait quite awhile and the only reason we got seated when we did was because I went up to ask. We also had an issue with them not being able to run a visa gift card. Food was great though and the service was good"

"The food is delicious!! The staff is was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I would recommend for groups or just people wanting some really good food more than if you want a romantic date because you may be seated at a table with other people because they prepare your food right in front of you. Overall I highly recommend you try this place even if you go byself, trust me it's worth it!!!"

"I love the service the staff gave my fiance and I. The atmosphere was family friendly for those with a family yet intimate for couples. The food was amazing I love the way the chef created our dish.
