Gaetano's Restaurant
Gaetano’s is among the newest and most authentic Italian restaurants that has come to Red Bank. Our management team and chefs have trained for many years throughout Italy and here in the States in the art and flair of Italian cookery. The restaurants’ design and interior atmosphere, with an open-air kitchen and brick oven pizza, is reminiscent of the typical Italian restaurant setting throughout southern Italy.
From almost every seat in our dining room you are able to see first-hand and also enjoy the hustle and bustle of our top notch kitchen staff at work. It is our relentless goal to bring the finest and most authentic Italian cuisine available to Red Bank. We look forward to seeing you soon!

"First time at Gaetanos. Excellent service, delicious food-very fresh, huge portions, unique choices. Ordered pizza, shrimp fra diavolo, chicken parm, kids ravioli. Great dessert choices, although we were too full to order. Cool atmosphere yet kid friendly. Will definitely return. Loved that we were able to make a reservation."

"I made a reservation on Mother's day at 6 for 7 people. We arrived around 6:15 and didn't get seated until 6:45. We take a seat the waitress came to get out drinks then said she would give us a few mins even though we all knew what we would like to order. She came back a few mins later took our order, we received our apps around 20 mins later (salads). We didn't see her again over an hr after the apps. I understand it was Mother's Day but there was another party of 7 that was already served their dinners that came in after us. Also their food is home made so we waited a bit longer thinking it was just taking longer... we didn't leave until 8:30 and we were still never served our dinner. The apps were great and I bet their food is too."

"Although some seem to like Gaetano's, our return visit reminded us that we find this restaurant quite mediocre. Considering the higher prices and Red Bank location, ambience is unappealing, food is average and overpriced, and service though friendly was lacking. Food was delivered very sporadically to our table of 4...one at a time. This is an Italian Restaurant that was out of milk to make cappuccino...really??? The menu is also unimaginative and limited. There are far better upscale Italian and even local pizzeria/restaurants in the area."

"The food was good. There were varying opinions from different diners in our group. Great fresh baked bread. My Lamb shank was cooked well and flavorful. Appetizers had mixed reviews espcially the baby artichoke special...seemed undercooked and underseasoned. In general a solid restaraunt and staff, a little on the pricey side in the area."

"We went for dinner on New Year's Eve. The food was delicious. The wait staff very friendly and although I wasn't really happy with our table (which was up near the door), we didn't let that ruin our night. I really enjoy the food here and will most definitely go back."
