"We recently dined at Azuridge on our anniversary. It was a last minute decision to go there, but we were blown away by the overall experience. It's a short drive from the SW. The view and scenery are beautiful, and the facility is amazing. Our server, Michael, was outstanding. He took us on a tour of the main building, including some of the hotel rooms. Michael was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Once the other diners had left we were invited to sit by the fireplace for dessert. We had an opportunity to talk to the chef and see the kitchen. After dessert we went upstairs to play a couple of games of pool. Overall a wonderful evening - delicious food and wine, amazing view and service. This experience can not be replicated anywhere else!"

"Azuridge is an experience in itself, because of the elegant Danish architecture, beautiful furnishings and finishes, and outstanding setting and views. The dining room is serene and spacious, with a welcoming fireplace in the centre. The Easter Brunch was nicely presented and the service was friendly and prompt. (Brunch is not a good way to judge a restaurant. We found that the easier dishes to serve, such as roast beef and ham, were well prepared. The food which has to be kept in chafing dishes was not ideal. Better breads and pastries are available, and a bit of warmth would have improved what was offered.) We look forward to future visits as the restaurant becomes more established. It is a refined and lovely place."

"Simply put, Azuridge is stunning. This dining experience is truly one that everyone should experience. The occasion for our dinner on March 22nd was two-fold. First it was to celebrate my Mother's birthday (she was visiting from Newfoundland!), and secondly to have dinner at our wedding venue (we are getting married at Azuridge on December 28, 2013).
The food at Azuridge is incredible. The Chef took many opportunities to talk to us about the ingredients and his preparation. He is a passionate food architect. The service staff were also fantastic. We were encouraged to sit by the fire to enjoy our first bottle of wine and were afforded the time to truly enjoy the atmosphere. To say Azuridge was amazing is an understatement!"

"This restaurant is hidden away in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. The service was also amazing and the staff did a great job making you feel at home there, even giving us a tour of the place after we were settled in. A great opportunity to get away from the city without having to drive to Banff."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Azuridge and will definitely be back. Where to begin... I guess the best way to sum it up is our overall feeling. We felt like guests rather than patrons. There was attentive care to our needs but not over the top and disruptive - just right. Now lets talk about the food... So incredible with presentation being as important as the taste of the food.
We are going to check out their weekend brunch - looking forward to that!"

"This restaurant is literally a hidden gem, but very worth the drive! The food was great, the staff very accommodating and the atmosphere very quiet and relaxing. I had the rack of lamb which was done to perfection and very tasty. My husband and I talked the ears off of our butler, Carol, who was a lot of fun to chat with. We were made to feel very "at home" and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Azure would be a really wonderful place to host a wedding party!"
