From their aperitivi to their gelati, Bottega Pizzeria brings a taste and feel of Italy to Montreal's Little Italy. Their passion for quality serves as a driving force behind all their hand-made products. Their authentic Neapolitan pizzas are cooked in a 900 degree oven, imported from Naples. "Had 3 "sfizi" to start. Calamari Fritti were excellent- fresh, crispy, yet tender inside, just right amt of salt. Salsiccia con Peperoni- very nice, like home-made, sausage with peppers cooked just right, still bright, not wilty, yet cooked enough to avoid 'raw taste'. Costoletta d'Agnello - flavourful lamb chop, very decent size for $7, nice slight pink center.
Pizza Margherita- sauce&mozzarella on top were excellent. Though crust has a good flavour is too soft/chewy and not "crusty" enough. This could be overcome by simply asking waiter that your pizza b "well-cooked" like is often requested by dining patrons in Italy.
Overall, very recommendable. Note, the menu currently on the website is out of date. Has been slightly updated/changed."

"Tres bonne qualité des aliments servis. Desserts maison succulents. Toutefois on doit réserver le lundi ou mardi pour le vendredi soir, restaurant trop petit pour accomoder les clients. Le service est bien, on ne se sent pas bousculé malgré les personnes qui attendent à l'entrée."

"I'm from São Paulo, one of the biggest cities in Brazil, and one of its specialty is pizza.
So my husband and I have decided to try this one and check if it's good.
The pizza is good, they cook in a wood oven, the sauce is very nice but we miss more cheese and the others ingredients such as the eggplant's pizza that we ordered and it came with small 10 pieces of eggplant.
If you are from São Paulo like us and search a pizza like there, maybe you'll get a little frustrated."

"Avons été très déçus car nous l'avions choisi après avoir lu des critiques élogieuses. Peut-être juste un mauvais soir...Calmars en entrée beaucoup trop salés. Toutes les pizzas commandées avaient un goût de brûlé (croûte noircie à plusieurs endroits). Quant à la pizza dessert au nutella, eh bien, le goût était identique à des toasts au nutella que l'on fait chez-soi."

"I always really enjoy dining at Bottega. It's fun to share appetizers like sausage and rapini, meatballs (sold $4 each), calamari. In the summer time, they have amazing zucchini flowers. Usually eat their arugula pizza and am never disappointed. Our waiter was extremely nice! It was my birthday and I kept joking about it so every time he'd pass by, he'd wish me happy birthday. When my cousin spilled her last glass of wine on the table, he replaced it for her quoting:"when I go to McDonald 's and spill my drink, they replace it for free. I think it's the least I could do here. "Try this restaurant but you will need to make a reservation. It gets very busy."
