The restaurant opened its first location in Brooklyn, N.Y. in 2002. The restaurant’s sleek modern design made it a perfect backdrop for films such as "Garden State" and "Sex and the City." After seven successful years in Brooklyn, SEA opened a second location in the Meat Packing District, becoming a favorite dining location for many New Yorkers. Now making its way to the Las Vegas Strip, SEA at Bally's Las Vegas offers guests a fresh, exotic destination to experience the flavorful taste of Thai food and the aroma of Asian spices as they enjoy the ambiance of the Bangkok-inspired modern design.
"Unbelievably great Thai and Vietnamese food. Exceptional flavors, without bing overpowering. Great place for first timers to try new cuisine and become a huge fan."

"The food was just ok. My salmon was really small and the coconut shrimp was overbreaded. It was my sisters birthday, which they did not acknowledge. They sat 3 men next to us that were very loud. One got on his cell phone and was having a lengthy arguement, even shouting at times. It was loud and horrible. We just wanted to have a nice relaxing dinner for my sisters birthday."

"I really wanted to like SEA Vegas: The Thai Experience but the quality of the food was not that desirable. For the appetizer I had the Golden Crab Roll, and the 3 island appetizer. The Golden Crab rolls came out very fast, but was only luke warm, definitely not prepared fresh, just warmed up and brought out. Same thing about the 3 island appetizer. For the entree I had the Crab Meat fried rice,It was alright but nothing to write home about. To sum it all up,I have had better quality Thai food at thai food trucks, served way more freshly prepared.Sorry but it wasn't for me."

"Food was very good and fast service. I would actually say that the service was to fast. Dishes were served a little bit to fast making our group feel a bit stressed and not leaving time for conversation."

"The golden crab roll was really good for an appetizer. But the entrees that both my husband & I got were mediocre. He got the paneng grilled salmon and I had the tamarind seafood combo. The worst part our dining though was when we're about to pay - their credit card machine wasn't working. The server did not even mention anything about it until I presented my credit card. Are they expecting everyone to pay in cash???? They could have warn us ahead of time. Thank goodness we had enough cash to pay for what we ate. Otherwise it would be a total inconvenience to walk out and try to find an ATM."

"Good and very typical Thai food. Menu had Thai and Vietnamese food. Plenty of selection. Had both Thai and Vietnamese apps, very flavorful dipping sauce. Servers did not have any suggestions for first time Thai diners but were very nice. The entrée spice was moderate at what they called 4 out of 5 spicy. Love spicy food and asked for the level 5 spicy, we were talked out of it and went with the suggested 4. Go with the 5 if you like your Thai hot. Entrées were good portions in fact we had two appetizers and one entrée and left full. Pricing was moderate, average for Vegas. Did not have desert."

"Thai food prepared and served like it should be. It was great! Noise level was quiet allowing for table talk without shouting. A good time had by all."

"We went to Sea Vegas looking for a good Thai restaurant close to our hotel and found a bit more than we expected. They have a good menu incorporating a nice range of entrees. The only thing that I found not to my liking was that the water had that overused water filter taste. We had Thai tea which was very good. I appreciated the flavor of the tea base having the slight roasted taste that you only find in good Thai restaurants. The coconut spring rolls were excellent and the Massaman Curry Chicken was well done and quite tasty. I would, however, had appreciated substituting avocado for the potato as the necessary starch constituent (I know that it isn't traditional; but, that's what I like)."

"Food was great. Our only complaint was the music was too loud and didn't really fit the ambiance. It was very upbeat and loud making conversation difficult."

"We had a mixed experience at this restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and the ambiance was serene. Overall, the thai food was OK in quality, light on quantity. An annoying aspect was that rice had to be ordered separate. We ordered the coconut ice cream sandwich desert which was awful. It consisted of a smidge of coconut ice cream and some chunks of tapioca squished between two slices of regular white bread."

"Uncomfortable wooden box seating by the pool with unlit floating candles. Green curry was average, anticipated it and asked for a spice level 5, and it was flavorful. Waitress asked if I wanted rice and charged $3 on top of the $18 curry dish."
