Nestled amongst balsam trees and birch forest, Earth is the result of a vision—one that embraces community and supports relationships between the world of outstanding cuisine and the farmers and foragers who provide the tools with which we compose incredible fare. Simple yet innovative, Earth"s menu focuses on "farm to fork" freshness. In addition to local meats and seafood, ingredients are used from one of two onsite organic gardens—picked daily and incorporated into each dish to enhance the many flavors and provide a taste that only fresh ingredients deliver.

"Earth is nestled amongst quaint Maine cottages deep inside the Hidden Pond grounds. The waiter was aware it was our anniversary and for dessert, he set an intimate place for us on the leather couch in front of the huge fireplace where I sipped on a Port and we shared a wonderfully prepared warm dessert pastry. There were also small stone fireplaces outside surrounded by inviting chairs; we visited.
This was our first visit and truly one of our best restaurant “experiences”. Take note that I didn’t say just “food”. While the food was very good, fun and not boring, the entire experience (food, service, fireplaces and well-kept grounds) was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Earth to anyone looking for that “special evening”."

"This was our third time back to "Earth" We plan on many more. It is like no other we have been to. Aptly named,From the drive in, to the ambiance & décor, it is just beautiful. The appetizers, dinners and desserts like works of art. Every component has a good reason for being there. They all work together to make these dishes especially delicious. Service was excellent. Arrive early and enjoy a drink at the beautiful bar, by the indoor fireplace on the leather sofa or outside by the pool in cozy cabana like couches. Heck you could even enjoy a drink by the bonfire in the Adirondack chairs made from the wood on the property while listening to the peepers in the forest. Bring your GPS. This is not well marked, but it added to the experience."

"Food and drinks -- too creative, sometimes tasty, WAY too pricey!!
Service, decor, ambiance -- priceless!!

Love after dinner drinks by the fire pit, but next time we go, we'll sit outside and order beer and appetizers so we can enjoy the place without spending a fortune!!"
