Mina Cucina Rustica
Mina Cucina Rustica was opened by Mina and her daughter Lisa. Mina is the owner of A Taste of Italy, the retail specialties store up the street from Mina Cucina Rustica. The moderately sized menu is centered around the deeply traditional foods and recipes of the various regions of Italy. Mina Cucina is a casual BYOB specializing in homemade pastas, also featuring gluten free pasta and pizza. Every night there are special additions to the menu. On Sunday there is a decadent Sunday brunch from 10-2 and during the week you can have a delicious quick lunch from 11:30-3:30. All recipes are homemade bringing you back to your grandmother’s kitchen. You can also host private parties at Mina Cucina, anything from bridal showers to engagement dinners to baby showers.

"My daughter and I had a late diner on Saturday night. Shared a Grilled Caesar to start, then we had the Veal Chop and a Salmon dish. Both meals were delicious, but I think the Veal chop was truly note worthy. It was a standout meal and one of the best Chops I have ever had anywhere. Their accompaniments were well paired with the entrées. Loved everything, including the fried spaghetti the give with bread service. The atmosphere was great. Very energetic. Can't wait to go back."

"BYOB restaurant at the end of a small strip mall. Many good Italian dishes on the menu. Small dining room with average service - but the owner's daughter did check in on us.
One complaint: our party of five was cramped into a corner table in front of the window, which made it a little tricky to maneuver."

"My family and I went to Mina's for my husband's birthday. Mina's was recommended by a friend and it was our first time there. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious! Service was perfectly timed and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I would not call it a restaurant catering to children but they made my 11 year-old feel welcome and he loved his penne with vodka sauce. The chicken piedmont was awesome! We are definitely planning to go back again soon!"

"Out table ended up being right next to the front door. We had some cold winds and with no room for people waiting for a table it was cramped.
It's a small place so not much room to work with.

"We ate here on a cold winter night and were seated by the door. We were uncomfortable all night, although the food was excellent. They need to figure out a better system (drapes?)so they don't freeze out the diners at table 14!"

"We went there on Valentine's Day and our meal was great as was the service. Really enjoyed out food. The only downside would be that it is really packed table-wise and there is no in-door entry area, so we stood outside while we waited because otherwise we'd be standing right next to people eating.
That said, the good really did outweigh that relatively minor criticism. Amazing food... just too tight for romance, hah."
