"We always have had great food and service here before. Tonight was different. Waitress was hardly available. Waters empty for long periods time. almost 20 minutes to get our bottle of wine.

"We went to Golden to visit the art museum and wanted a nice meal after. Indulge fit the bill. We had sea bass, which was cooked perfectly and steak oscar, which was scrumptious. The wine pairings they suggested were perfect, so all in all, a great dinner. It is a bit far for us, but if we lived closer to Golden, we would be regulars."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant of this type in Golden. The menu is great with many options of food and pricing. We had the small plates and flatbread which were both very good. "Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Service is rushed but attentive. We ordered the halibut special. The halibut could not be cut with a fork as it was tough and overlooked. So was the asparagus. The sauces and rice were fine and the presentation was nice. This was not a $30+ dish. Stick with the pizzas. They are good."

"Our first time dining here and we were pretty impressed.
The food was great! We had quick service, but maybe a little too quick? We had 2 appetizers, the wine flight, and entree completed in less than an hour. I felt a bit rushed by the waitress who had to repeat the dinner special twice so I could catch what she was saying. She was nice but made me feel not so relaxed. I'd come again though!"

"Did 5280 with friends for her birthday. I had the best meal with the seafood soup; outstanding! Others had carne asada; delicious but they all were still hungry (portions small & plate needed something extra on it, like a vegetable). Flan was heavenly! Only negative was we were seated next to a party of 10 in galley type seating. We absolutely could not carry on a conversation. Should have asked to be moved over one table, or they should've just did that for us as no one was ever seated at the next table. We go here usually for Indulge's happy hour; only our second time for dinner in dining area. We'll go back. Service excellent! Wine list very good and martinis also good."

"Tried this restaurant on the last day of 5280 week. What a gem in Golden. Really liked the layout with different areas for dining or sitting in the wine bar area. We tried 3 different appetizers, Ceviche, Chorizo Andaluz and the Poblano tamale . The Chorizo and tamale dishes were very flavorful. The Ceviche was somewhat bland. The Carne Asada was amazing. Cooked perfectly and the Habanero Mashed Potatoes were possibly the best mashed potatoes I have ever had. Our friends ordered burgers from the regular menu and they were quite good. Three great desserts later..brulee, churros and bananas with rum and we agreed this is a spot to come back to. Service was not rushed and was quite pleasant."

"We eat here often. It is usually pretty good for tapas and a fun experience. This meal was terrible as was the seating. Do NOT sit in the back room. The acoustics are aweful and they couldn't accommodate a change for us. It was so loud that we resorted to sign language. Not kidding either. The 5280 meal was warm at best, very small portions and not tasty. The best part of this restaurant is the ambiance with outside dining near Washington St in Golden. It's a very trendy and fun locale with a great wine selection but this meal was not good and I hope they get their kitchen in order. I realize that 5280 week would create challenges with a set menu but you would think they would pull out all the stops and make us want to return."

"Really enjoyed this sophisticated spot in heart of Golden. Interior decor has a big city urban feel to it. Wait staff was friendly and attentive on a busy Saturday night when it was packed. Food came out quickly. Portions were not over the top. There was a nice level of sophistication taken with things as simple as a hamburger. Wine list is wide though not particularly deep, but good enough to live up to the restaurant's name. If you're on the west side of the Denver Metro area and looking for sophistication without having to go downtown, this is the place."

"Went here for 5280 and was very disappointed about the portions!! For $52.80 plus the additional $15 for the wine pairing, we should have received full portions. My husband had to eat something additional at home afterward because he was still so hungry! If I had known my wine pairings were going to be shots of wine instead of half glasses, I would have spent the $15 on a full glass of wine. Anyhow, wish we had not done the 5280 deal and just ordered off the regular menu."

The portions were a little small for the price tag-that includes sauces and accompanyments. This was our second attempt at this establishment and it still needs work. Service was slow and not very attentive. I felt cold throughout our meal. There is a lot of potential here but I still haven't tasted or felt like I've had a great experience."

"It was very crowded and although my second time there and had a reservation, I had not been in the dining room we were in this time. Tables are so close together that I could hear entire conversations of those next to us. I had the gnocchi and found it too rich, and fattening with fried chicken on top, no vegetable. Had remembered this meal as better and not at all like this the first time in. We finished quickly and left."

"We met friends who have a five month old baby to have dinner and catch up with each other's lives. We were a little concerned about how appropriate the place was for a baby from both sides. We wanted the parents and baby to be comfortable but also didn't want to possibly disturb other diners. The hostess and server were very helpful getting us a table in a separated room that gave us more room and we felt like we weren't disturbing the romantic diners. The food was delicious and creative and served at just the right time. Overall it was a very nice evening."

"I have been here several times with my husband and they have a great happy hour. We went the other night with group of moms wanting to get away for a nice glass of wine. Was a little disappointed how annoyed the waiter got when he learned that his table of 8 was only drinking a couple of bottles of wine. He could have done a little better job faking it. We're still paying customers. Otherwise, still love Indulge as it adds a new energy to Golden that it is ready for!"
