"Don't order the prime rib
Three of us had the prime rib and all three of us were disappointed but if you decide you just have to try it, my suggestion is to order it at least one level below what you usually order as Billy Bob's definitely overcooked what we had.
It is a clean attractive atmosphere with very good service but stay away from their prime rib!"

"Billy Bob's is a good value restaurant. The steaks are priced fairly. The meat is really tender and flavorful. The meals come with salad and a huge baked potato. Forgo any appetizers because there is too much food with the meal :-). We arrived at 500 and the restauraunt was empty and the waiter was attentive. By 600pm, the placed filled up and some of the service levels slowed. But, we enjoyed the food and will make the trip back."

"I have eaten at BBs many times. Ambiance, service and food was top notch except my steak tasted like sawdust. It was tender, good cut but couldn't determine taste because the dryness outweighed everything else. It will not deter me from returning. I have had many outstanding meals there."

"Waitress was very unfriendly and service very abrupt after ignoring us for a long time. And, our waitress wasn't the only rude one, bussers and other waiters were rude as well. We ordered two steaks a New York Steak medium and a Ribeye Medium Rare. They came the reverse of that. We didn't dare complain because we had already waited a long time for service and it was rude at best.
If I were managing this restaurant I would fire all the employees and start from scratch. Needless to say we won't be going back anytime soon."

"Billy Bob's is a fun place to eat. Anybody who likes a great steak and just be able to relax and have a glass of wine or drink, this is the place. The only disappointment was we were not able to have the black bean soup, but the baby back ribs were grean and so was the steak and lobster tail. The prices are right!"

Upon leaving I noticed advertisment of a steak (filet mignoon) and lobster for 9.99. Im can only assume we received the filet used for their advertised special even though we ordered at the regular price."

"The food was wonderful. This is a real gem. We had the Steak and Lobster special. The steak was tender and well prepared. The lobster was steamed just right. It was wonderful. The salad was the absolute best. The bread was warm and tasty. They had a good wine list but not the one I like sadly. They were very busy several people waited to get a table. We recommended that you get a reservation like we did. We did not have to wait."

"My wife and I dined at Billy Bob's this past Wednesday evening (Feb. 27). This was our first time. My wife had the 8 oz. filet, and I had 1/2 rack of ribs. Both meals were excellent! The salad was fresh and crisp, my ribs were tender and very tasty. My wife's filet was dones just as she asked. My only criticism would be the baked potato, which I personally, didn't care for. To me, it had a strange taste, but maybe potatoes taste different in different parts of the country. All of the staff was friendy and attentive. We will definitely dine at Billy Bob's in the future when we're at Sam's Town!"

"Food was good and has been each time I have been there. You can't always say that about Las Vegas restaraunts; quality seems to depend on who is working that shift at ohter places. The menu has a good selection, the service has always been good the prices are moderate, but not over-priced, considering the food quality. The decor is casual comfortable, but I would not feel out-of-place if I dressed up. The wine list could be a little more extensive, but now I'm being picky. I will go back again."

"Good choices on the menu- something for everyone. Our server, Derrick, was very helpful. My wife is a diabetic and does not eat potatoes. She asked if she could substitute vegetables for a potato and he brought a large helping of broccoli. We both ordered 3 filet medallions, each with a different sauce giving us a variety of tastes in one entree. Helpings are large- you will not leave hungry."
