"Been to other Carlos N Charlie's. This was horrible experience. Started with 20 minute wait just to get up to the hostess stand to tell her we had a reservation, another 20 minutes before waiter showed up when people behind us in line had been seated and already had their drink orders, my margarita was the best part of the lunch and would have ordered another if waiter had ever come back to table. Had to get another waitress to get us our check. Will never go back. It's too bad because they have a great outdoor patio area and good location on the strip."

"Nice friendly restaurant. A little over priced but its located on the strip. My husband had the chicken mole was very good.I enjoyed the chicken tacos. I would dine here again. I do think the restaurant should give you free chips and salsa."

"We originally went to Carlos and Charlie's in cancan and I have to say it was very disappointing. From the lack of service from the little Russian girl to the just very average food I woud never return or recommend it to anyone. We had the fajita salad and fajitas very bland chicken"

"Very loud for not being very crowded. Our waitress seemed to be burdened to have to serve our table. Forget the refills. Our order was also messed eup, but after the long wait we just decided to take it; the bill wasn't adjusted to reflect the alternate items brought to us. Overall this was a poor experience. Carlos and Charlies is generally pretty good, this one was a let down."

"The website said the music was 70's and 80's vintage with a mix of other music. There was one song from the 70's and 80's and the rest was Rap. The food was mediocre at best. One waitress seemed to be taking care of the whole room. We saw one couple come in, sit for 15 minutes without any one helping them. They finally got up in left. Once we finished our dinner, it took 30 minutes to get the table cleared and receive our check. For this torture we paid over $60 for 2."

"We had a fabulous time at Carlos and Charlies. When we arrived we asked about Happy Hour which was just ending...the hostess quickly took our drink orders and then when one came back not exactly as we ordered the bartender sent over a complimentary round of shots! The food was great and so was the service. They come around and take pictures of you all dressed up in hats and props and try to sell the pictures for 15 dollars each. We each bought one as the props made them different from photos we had taken and the price and quality were very reasonable. Definitely a fun light hearted atmosphere with huge portions and a great happy hour."

"The service was poor - the restaurant is very noisy, but our waitress insisted on taking all 7 orders from 1 far corner if the table. When some food orders were wrong, they weee not easily fixed. Even though we all had VERY spicy food, the waitress was no where around when we needed refills."

"We ordered an appetizer, 2 frozen margaritas and 2 dinners. The drinks came with the glasses overflowing with covered the table with margaritas.
We waited about 15 minutes for the appetizer. It was brought to the table by 1 staff member, and as he walked away the dinners were put in front of us by another staff member. So much for enjoying the appetizer BEFORE the meal.
That said, the waitress was very friendly. (She went back a couple of times to check on the appetizer before it arrived). The food was excellent. The mess on the table wasn't."

"Chose this restaurant because of its location in the Flamingo Hotel where we were going to see a show. It was a bit rowdy for our taste, but probably appeals to a 20-30 age group. Food was good. Service was lacking in attentiveness. Had to ask several times for my coffee to arrive, and finally the "hostess" stepped in and brought it."

"We went as a group for my birthday. The atmosphere in Mexico was great so we figured it would be fun in Vegas. The wait staff was horrid. The waitress forgot to take one of our orders. We had to ask other staff to help us as she didn't check our drinks. The food was way over priced. If this says something, I have never written a review for bad service. This was exceptionally bad."

"It's not really like Mexico where they mix the drinks very strong and get people dancing on the tables! However, they do create a fun atmosphere. The food is standard issue bar food, but the fun staff makes up for the short comings of the food."

"Service was outstanding and the food was very good too. TV's all around the restaurant for any type of sports you are interested in and can't miss. Music was good. Didn't go on a weekend, but it looks like it would be a place to go for good drinks and appetizers. Was shocked to see that it was owned by Senor Frogs too. We were NOT impressed with Senor Frogs. We will definetly be back to Carlos N Charlie's"
