With more than twenty combined years of food service and restaurant experience, the owners of Lantern had an idea to create a restaurant that would take the positive things they'd observed in other restaurants – service, quality, price, design and ambiance- and to make them even better. "I always love this place. The only thing is I'm not a fan of their music selection. Nickelback during a Valentine's dinner was kind of a mood killer. Otherwise the food was delicious, the drinks reasonably priced, and the service warm and welcoming. The servers will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy."
