"Second time we've been back and not disappointed. The food was very good and our server was very polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced and portions were more than enough. Nice neighborhood eatery."

"i have been going to the SEA in Williamsburg for years, so i was delighted to find one opened in the meatpacking. While the food was just as good as the brooklyn location, the service was annoying. First off, it was not busy when we got there. From the time we sat down we had 5 different waiters come over to us about every 3 minutes to see if we had decided on our food. Im always happy to have attentive waiters, but this was ridiculous and almost to the point of being pushy. My BF had never been there before so he needed a couple minutes to look over the menu. Other than that our dinner was pleasant and the waiters were nice, i would go back for a quick inexpensive bit if i am in this area."

"It was a beautiful sunny day last Friday. We walked the Highline and then had lunch outside at SEA. The boxes are a great deal and they give you lots of interesting taste sensations."

"Our reservations were for 7:00pm. We arrived at 6:30pm , minus two people from our party. They wouldn't seat us till everyome got there-which was fine. However, by 7 we told the hostess that we weren't going to wait for the other two people and we will sit and have dinner. One of the female hostess said that they were setting up the table and it will be ready shortly. At 7:20 we asked again for our table and the male hostess said that they were still setting up. I asked why does it take over 20 minutes to set up a table? He only kept saying to me that they're setting up the table, it's not ready, I can go upstairs to see. So the table they "needed" to set up took 1 1/2 hours to set up. The male hostess was extremely rude."

"Cool spot - went for lunch recently the staff was nice and helpful, I thought my experience would be as special as the ones I've had in Brooklyn but not bad place to hang for a quick lunch and then walk on the highline."

"Amazing! I made reservations to celebrate my birthday here; the reservation was made for 8 people. I invited 15 people but since it was snowing and raining on that day I figured only 8 would show up. Well I was wrong not only did the 15 show up but some brought friends. So my party of 8 needed to change to a party of 21. The hostess was very kind and understanding about the change. She said we would have to order from the prix fixe menu which was fine with me because it was only $35! What a great value for an appetizer, entree and dessert. They were so nice, caring, understanding,& hospitable. The service was great, the music was perfect, and the food was just right. I had a wonderful birthday because they were able to accommodate us."

"Although the food was good, the restaurant was very noisy. Also, the busboys were constantly at our table looking to take empty dishes away making us feel very rushed. Fine dining it was not."

"The bar area gave our part of nine that much needed 'privacy'. The high table actually gave it a more relaxed feel and for quite a big, rowdy group of girls, it was perfect -- we didn't even disturb the other patrons eating over at the other side of the dining area. Service and food was perfect and our waiters and waitresses were all very cordial and friendly! I will def come back!!!"

"The food was great and it was in good portion. I highly recommend for couples to eat there. The pork chop was awesome and drinks was fruity yet strong."

"I really enjoyed Sea and while this isn't the first time I've been, everytime I come I try something new and I'm never disappointed! We had a great time, they took the order promptly and did not rush us to make our decisions. Once we placed our order, it did not take long to come out. The food was fantastic. They then offered dessert, to which we declined, but the options were great. I will keep coming back."

"My wife and I had just flown in that day and were looking for some good Thai to eat with friends. We made an 8:30 reservation for a party of five. We didnt get seated until after 9:15. It felt like we we're in that Seinfeld episode. The food was actually good as far as Thai goes but being that hungry and having to wait ruin the experience."

"I came here for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. We got an amazing $45 3 course meal, complete with lobster & steak. The steak was delicious but they didn't have the lobster fork, which made it difficult to eat it. Otherwise, everything was delicious and it was a great and cheal deal!"

"Its a shame. SEA in williamsburg is a fun experience with a unique atmosphere (albeit hipsterish), good food and decent service. SEA meatpacking was not this. After waiting 20 minutes (despite having reservations) we were then met with another 25 minute wait after being seated. The interior of the restaurant was boring and the layout/acoustics were very poorly done. All 3 courses of our meal came out late, the food was overcooked, under seasoned and underwhelming. It took 3 tries to get water and the end of this dinner saw a 20% tip included in the bill. I could have questioned it, but this would have resulted in more waiting and frustration. I wish we would have stayed at the Standard bar across the street where we started with a drink"
