"This restaurant is tucked away but worth you finding. It was resurrected from a former restaurant that was great, and the tradition has been carried forward. The food, (appetizers, main course and dessert) and service were excellent. Definetly will be returning."

"Portion sizes of the food were very good for a hungry person...some of the food had unusual and good twists, like a special sauce on the fried calamari---excellent, and an unusual dessert that consisted of a large chocolate edible box filled with scoops of ice cream and topped with whipped cream, for two certainly, or three. The neighborhood is commercial/industrial and the restaurant itself is modest inside, but the service is top notch, the ownership very friendly and the food good. Worth a try."

"I went there with my parents since its their wedding anniversary. our group was 4 people but ordered 3 entries along with 2 apptersiers. food were great and we were so full. Jeff was our server and he was great and very kind. i would visit here again and recommand my friends to come here. only complain was that restaurant was located in odd industrial area."

"Went there on an early sunday afternoon. Naturally the place was empty we were there early. It was very good food moderatly priced. Everything tasted fresh. I had the snapper and my friend had the veal marsala. And we had an app special. All healthy portions.
I would want to go back there during the evening hours to see what type of crowd they get."

"Six went on Saturday for dinner, about half full, tough location. Waitress was great, very knowledgeable, helpful. Food OK to good based on our friends responses. I had mussels (which were small) and rolled pounded stuffed sirloin (underseasoned and a little tough). Quite large menu, something for everyone. Worth a shot. Sangria was good (we had 5 pitchers!)"

"La Campagnola is in an odd place, off the beaten path. But it's a gem. Great food, actually excellent food and unexpected for this location.
I was skeptical walking in - an industrial section of town, kind've an odd looking building in an odd location....what good could come from this?

Well, let's just say I willingly busted my diet for this food. It was just top notch, and the people there are all friendly and helpful. Service was a tad slow, but they were extremely busy, so I expected some delays. Nothing substantial."

"My sister and I had a wonderful evening. Oddly enough, we were out sans daughters and whadda ya know - there were 2 family tables nearby. They were both wonderful and children were well behaved. This is a great restaurant and all of the staff are outstanding. Food is top shelf."

"This was our second time visiting ths restaurant. We had a very nice dinner. The service was excellent as our waitress was friendly, and gave us a complete rundown on the entre's and specials. The bus boy and bus woman were very responsive. The food was excellent. Just a nice enjoyable evening."

"Found the restaurant on OpenTable and made a reservation for the same night. Would have never found it as it is off the beaten path. Service was great as was the food. It seems like a place where a lot of locals go and they were very friendly and we had a conversation with a few of them. Will definitely go back !"

"While we did have to wait a bit between courses, it was well worth it. Note to readers of this review: If you don't like to wait, don't expect exceptional food. The restaurant experienced a very high volume all at once on this occasion which makes it near impossible to serve the food properly in a timely manner. There were excellent choices on the menu and fabulous specials. Our party of five had a great time, enjoyed a wonderful meal and were the recipients of outstanding service. Once again, the wait was worth it. Kudos to the entire staff."
