"We sat on the balcony, and it was fantastic. We got to watch the show outside while dining, not to mention the show going on inside the bar. So much fun. Also, the online reservations were incredible. We walked up to the hostess, and were sitting at our reserved table in seconds. Thanks!"

"Fajitas were served warm at best, had chip crumbs for our salsa and guac, and it was loud the whole dinner. Expect to be there a while as the service was quite slow and not attentive. Oh, and man was it expensive for what you got. I dont plan to go back."

"We were first time diners at Senor Frogs. Won't go again. We were seated far from the stage, thankfully, but it was incredibly loud with music blaring. Karaoke singing, and Senor Frog musicians so loud that conversation at our table was impossible. We were not alone. Other diners at neighboring tables also could not have conversations,shaking their heads. The nachos were okay(hard to ruin nachos) but a bit skimpy on the toppings. Chimichanga was a soggy tube of minced ingredients (2 of us tried to identify some of the ingredients but couldn't).Chicken fajitas were bland as well, lacking any spice or kick. We waited and waited for waitress to reappear, then we finally spotted her on stage dancing."

"I appreciated that they took note of the special requested I noted and were able to accommodate them! Great place to watch the Pirate Battle from especially when you have kids with you! Also they gave the girls their smoothies in a novelty drink cup just like the adults get which was a nice touch!"

"The food was good, my taco's were excellent the other food we ordered was just OK. There was live music and a DJ when we visited. The restaurant is very lively and loud, not good for conversation, but we had a great time. We used OpenTable for a reservation and we were able to get right in when we arrived."

"I couldn't rate the food because our table didn't get waited on. Worst service ever! After waiting 20 minutes, we still hadn't been asked what we wanted to drink. Our party of 5 left to take our money elsewhere. I've never left a restaurant before or had bad service like that. Watching the Siren show away from Senor Frog was a good decision because we had a much better view of the Sirens than if we had stayed at our table on the patio. Go to the free Siren show, but save your money for Ceasars Palace, which has excellent customer service and is awesome!"

"We have eaten at Senor Frog's in Cancun and looked forward to it, but found that the menu had been greatly Americanized--not really good. The food that we ordered was very over priced and the beef burrito was lacking in beef, very lacking--"where's the beef?"

"Food was alright but nothing to write home about. It was pretty pricey for what you got. Drinks were astronaomically priced, quite ridicules to say the least. $12.00 drinks minimum.
They were trying to make it a fun place but I found the dj didn't follow through with any of the things he was offering so it was a waste of time and people just stopped paying attention.
Very disappointed!!"

"Booking a table through open table was helpful because I put that we would like a view of the strip and because of that we were seated on the outdoor patio. The pirate show had just begun so we had front row seats which made our visit for us. The margarita I ordered wasn't very good eventhough it was one of their top shelf ones. When I asked our server how many onces each size margarita was he didn't know nor offered to find out and gave me a very vague answer and pointed to the variety of cups. When ordering a yard stick 30$ margarita it is nice to know how many onces it really is seems how it was more like a foot long than the advertised yard length and I was trying to figure out if I was getting my money's worth. Needless to say I didn't"
