"We got to the restaurant at 11 and there was no one else there for about thirty minutes. The place looked great, really friendly helpful staff, our waitress was so sweet, and then the food came and it was so good that we ate a lot more than we intended. The prices were usually ok, but the gilt city thing we had made them better. Yay mimosas!~"

"Had a coupon so returned. Very fun place for a leisurely weekend mid-day brunch. Music hits the spot. Staff is friendly. Food is ok...Bitter salad with pear and blue cheese was very good...and the mimosas flow generously."

"I stumbled upon this place on a Sunday with all the other restaurants had an hour wait. We were able to get in quickly and the food was absolutely fantastic. Each bite was like a party in your mouth. And the service was absolutely fantastic, both times that I went. I had such a wonderful time the first time I went that I took my sister there for Mother's Day a few weeks later. If you like good food with tantalizing flavors, this is the place to go."

"I have been itching to come here and we finally made it for Saturday brunch. $15 all you can drink champagne with OJ? Yes please! The food was creative and delightful and I absolutely cannot wait to make it back for dinner."

"Food came out pretty quickly, nice and hot, well seasoned and well portioned, flavors were good. Do not recommend for a late night eat however as the bar was quite busy and the crowd was very loud, waitstaff seemed disinterested and more in a hurry to get the tables turned so they could end their shift. (We were apparently the last reservation and seated right next to the service station and could clearly hear the conversation of the servers: is that the last reservation? yeah. Thank god.. I'm so ready to shut down). Drinks were weak and uninspiring, we had The Guvnor and it tasted of a watered down orange juice despite the fact that there was no orange in the mix. I give it a Meh."

"had a great brunch with my girlfriend. Staff was a bit slow to take our order but on point afterwards...they checked in to see if were needed anything often without being intrustive and with a cheery smile. I think my waiter's name was Chris he was attentive, friendly, and his attitude elevated the brunch experience.

I really had a great brunch, the pancakes were outstanding, the sandwich with pork belly was amazing!

I am ready to return next Sunday and try one of their bar drinks with my brunch!"

"The food was great and the service was excellent. However, make sure when you make the reservation specify to be seated in the cafe area. We were placed in a booth in the bar. The bar area - tho, vibrant and fun - is not the place you would like to have your meal. It is so loud that despite the fact that you are screaming at the person across from you in the booth; you can't hear them and they can't hear you. Also, everyone in the bar is either leaning against your table or asking if they can sit in the booth with you. Lesson learned - if you want to enjoy your meal in a lively atmosphere sepcify cafe seating. If you want to enjoy a drink in a great place go to the bar. Don't mix the two."

"This is an awesome little pub with fantastic old and an good assortment of beers (as well as a full bar). The bar part was hopping when I was there for a late-night dinner. The first time I did not make a reservation but only had a short wait - not sure that is always true! It has a pub ambience, very comfortable and warm. The noise level was a little high, but not too bad. The service was impeccable - really great and knowledgeable folk. They were happy to help the vegetarian among us find plenty to eat. Oh, and the thrice-cooked chips (aka fries) are OUT OF THIS WORLD!"

"I enjoyed the atmosphere as I walked in . Pub experience. I had made a reservation for Easter way ahead after seeing they had a almost 5 star rating on yelp.
Unfortunately the experience did not quite meet up to that...
They placed my party and myself in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen where it smelled and was poorly lit.
Even though the front of the resataurant was hardly full.
I guess it doesn't pay to plan and go here for speacial occasions.
Drinks were great. Food was good if you like the English pub faire."

"Always a good time - great staff, drinks, and food. Though last night we waited FOREVER to get our food b/c the waiter said a large party was holding everything up in the kitchen. We got lots of apologies (from the very nice Steven) and some free ice cream though anywhere else we would've gotten free drinks or half our bill slashed considering how long we waited. Generally, though, it's a fun time with really nicely done dishes."

"We were a group of 9 for lunch on a Sunday. The place is very cute, but wasn't busy at all, and we had to wait nearly an hour for our food. The server never came around to offer any excuse why it was taking so long. There were plenty of cooks in the kitchen, but none of them seemed to be making our food. The 3-4 other tables in the restaurant that sat after us all had their food and were finished before we got our food. The food finally arrived and wasn't that great. The fish and chips were soggy and disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it for lunch. Maybe they have their act more together at night? Who knows. But I definitely would recommend the bar side for just drinking. Very cool spot on the bar side."
