Fabien's The Island Bistro
Enjoy French Bistro food on the beautiful island of Brickell Key. Located just off downtown Miami, "the Key," as it's called by locals, is a serene getaway from the busy downtown area. Come enjoy a glass of wine on our terrace, live music Wednesdays-Saturdays, or share a romantic candle lit dinner with the special person in your life.
We offer a full bistro menu with over 80 items. Parking is complimentary in the attached Courvoisier garage, just behind the restaurant.

"Overall the food was very good and worth trying out. We have been here several times and their risottos are great you cant go wrong on any of them. I also had the Mahi Mahi prepared a different way off the menu in a buerre blanc sauce which was excellent.

"Every time am around DownTown, Fabien"s is the place, the food is superb, this time was the avocado tartar, what a good expirience, and the veal chop the best of the best.
Service as always, very good
and this time for our surprise, they put an enormous fotomural of Paris, they surprise us for good every time we come in.

"Not quite a French restaurant. Food (fish and veal) bland and average; almost as if it came out of the bag from Costco. Service was average, some how kitchen didn't understand simple requests in preparation. Waiters unable to deliver plates to right guest. Other than that, fine."

"All went well with food and service until dessert. THey didn't have a few things on the menu, and the one they brought was frozen solid, thus inedible. At least they removed it from the bill...."

"The place was empty, we had 3 different waiters for a table of 2,
We had 2 main dishes 2 drinks and one salads, two waiters brought us the wrong food first that was for the only other table with people in the restaurant at the time, my friend was done with her meal it I wasn't I was actually getting food in my fork when one waiter came to ask me if I was done with my food? Really ? Not only is that a very rude American thing to rush to take the plates but he lacked commun sense. After he finally got his way and took my plate he brought the bill without us even asking for it,apparently their $19 dessert were not for us, we got our bill he got 10% tip
and I guess our 3 waiters had to share the $28 delicioudish they forgot to add to our bi"

"Overall it was a great experience. The bread, salad and onion soup was fabulous. My husband's mussels were excellent but my fish was dry. The cheese cake and apple tart were outstanding.
