"As always, I enjoy the wonderful food at Seasons 52. However, the singer in the bar was a bit loud, so much that it made it difficult to hear my dining companion. Also, it seems as if the poor man sang every song known to man in one continuous stream. It was a bit lounge-singer-like to me."

"Ok, I did not have high hopes when my wife made this reservation - it's at OakBrook mall, and my experiences there are never really that great. However, the food here was outstanding - try the chile rellenos for an appetizer or the tuna for an entree. Portions are smaller (as are the calories), but the taste is still there. The dessert we had - carmel and pecans was seriously one of the best I've had (although it was pretty small). Service took ~5 minutes to greet us, and I did not see any bus people filling water, etc., but otherwise the meal was great. Would definitely go back."

"It's hard to believe when they deliver the food, that these large, wonderfully looking and tasting dishes are 475 calories or less. The servers make sure they note the name on the reservations and any special occasion. They are ready to serve without being obtrusive. Great location - easy to get to in the mall. Have to remember to keep this one on the list."

"I have dined at seasons 52 in a few locations and I love it for a nice casual meal and a very nice wine list. Love the lemon grass salmon salad!!
I brought my two grandchildren with me at 5:30, thought it would be early enough not to disturb the main dining crowd. They have a verbal children's menu and the items the kids ordered were very good and the kids loved it however, they did not have kids cups or a printed kids menu or things that would make you feel the restaurant encourages families. The kids loved the mini desserts and have said it is their new favorite restaurant ! Those huge glass water glasses are hard for the little ones to drink out of and we had to ask for a straw. Do they encourage families? Not sure."

"We took my elderly parernts there for a late Mother's Day treat and what a treat it was. The waiter was attentive but not overbearing and left us to chit chat before dinner. Strawberry infused martini was delicious, the stuffed mushrooms were perfect and the salmon and scallops (my wife and I split) were wonderful. Loved the dessert - perfect individual size glasses - great choices.
We didn't stay for the piano singer in the bar but will go back to do that as well. We would highly recommend this restaurant."

"Though we were initially seated in the bar area for dinner, we asked to be seated in the dining room because of distracting lounge singer/piano player.
Our server could not have been more gracious in getting us immediately re-seated, though she was losing our table service.
The gesture was much appreciated.
Dinner was first-rate from lamb chop appetizers to perfectly-cooked filet and wonderfully fresh lobster/shrimp spring rolls.
We usually forgo dessert but something told us to consider it at Seasons 52...We were delighted with the array of small but very rich desserts presented in glasses - a perfect ending with espresso/cappuccino to a special-occasion meal!
Highly recommend Seasons 52 with 1 minor suggestion - skip the lounge act."

"Our group of 8-13 gets together once a month for lunch. This was my month to choose the restaurant. "My party of 4 went for dinner on Mother's Day. We were seated within a couple of minutes of our reservation time, so the staff does an excellent job of managing reservations. The food was all very good, the server was very helpful, and the portions were just the right size. It was our first visit, so I don't know if the service is usually so slow with big gaps between courses or if it was because it was Mother's Day and the staff was overwhelmed. We are not the type to linger for 3 hours for dinner, so it kind of detracted from the experience. I would be willing to try it again though because the food was so good. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours there."

"1st time at Season's 52 Oakbrook. Menu is a lighter version of typical American/Steakhouse menus. Most everything is grilled, their Flatbread apps are truly Flatbreads (which I like), ours was grilled shrimp, chopped tomato, cilantro, and a vinaigrette drizzled over the top. Light and very flavorful. Unique drinks at the bar. Portion sizes are normal (many light faire rests have kids sized entree's). My wife had a mixed grilled veggies that was tasty, I had a 10 oz filet that was top 10 I had ever had. Entree prices very reasonable ($18-$26). Service/staff was great , it was a busy night but staff had no issues. Part of the Darden Group-normally not a good thing, but if you like grilled, leans meats, and lots of veggies, go try it."

"Wonderful food, great environment,excellent customer service! My husband and I visisited the restaurant for the first time to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. I put in a special request for a quiet area with a special dessert and the staff had everything planned on ahead of time and ready when we got there. Very impressed and will def. be returning and recommending to friends and family."

"We had no complaints about this restaurant. It was great! We celebrated a birthday and we asked the waitress to take our picture. When she presented us the bill, she also presented us with (3) photographs, one for each of us, all of which were in a nice photo folder. That was great! Something to remember! The food, ambiance and waitress were all excellent."

"First the food tasted excellent - with Supermodel portions. The lamb steaks were the size of 3, 2 inch scallops including the t bone. It was accompanied by a 3oz Dixie cup size portion of excellent mashed potato's, and maybe 4 stalks of asparagus. Seriously??? The atmosphere was fantastic with the pianist in the background at the bar. However we went to a movie afterwards and I was so starving that I ate 2 hotdogs. I had to sneak out of the film so as not to embarrass the host who paid for dinner. Seasons 52 should really be ashamed of themselves for calling this a meal. This was a special occasion and if we weren't so happy to be together and having 2 glasses of wine it would have been a disaster."

"Perfect service and food every time we go here. They have locations all over the us. We've also been to the LA location. Just a great experience. I am a vegetarian and the sampler is great. They also have a gluten free and vegan menu."

"Everything about this place is great, but the service is OUTSTANDING. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and a card was waiting for her at the table. We had some allergies, and they were able to produce a gluten free menu and make other changes to accommodate our needs. None of our requests were a problem. Multiple people came by with different solutions, but in a very friendly casual way. We were deep in conversation, and none of the staff ever felt intrusive, but they were always there. The items on the menu had a great price range...something for every budget. The mini desserts are always a huge hit, and they do them very well at this restaurant."

"Been to Seasons 52 in Oakbrook about 4 times now. They have always done a nice job. Last night I had a reservations for 8 at 6:30 pm and half of my party ended up not being able to come. So 4 of us showed up at the restaurant at 5:30. Explained our situation and we were immediately seated and treated well all evening. Many restaurants would have been put out with us, the folks at Seasons 52 were nothing but accommodating. I will return when in town on business."

"Dynamic menu changes on a seasonal basis, specials change weekly. I've been there several times with family, work, and just by myself - wait staff is always spectacular. Make the trip - everything about this restaurant is wonderful. If their are any vegetarians in your circle - this is the perfect place. Several options and all are tasty."

"The idea of a restaurant makings a name for themselves by a low calorie count in their entrees is genius! I love that I can clean my plate and know I haven't broke the 'calorie bank'. The food is just awesome! I LOVE the piano music. Great touch...
Our server was ironically a trainer... She seems very fake with the questions she ask... And gave the vibe that she didn't want any responses other than the general 'everything is great'. She was never rude... Maybe overwhelmed that evening. The food and drinks completely outweighed the phony customer service. Can't wait to be back!"

"Human potions of food using seasonal ingredients to perk up flavor instead of fats, salt, and sugar. The result is food with multi-layered flavor. We had strip steak, filet mignon, trout and our forth guest had a vegetarian feast. Meats were tasty and cooked as ordered. Trout was phenomenal. Roasted eggplant and parmesan flatbread appetizer was flavorful and light. Quinoa "salad" was amazing. It is a combination of quinoa, apples, oranges, cranberries, baby basil and other crunchy greens. When my friend asked about vegetarian options, the waitress brought her a whole vegetarian menu. Far more options than typically available to vegetarians. Many options were a also vegan. Will definitely go there again! Only detractor, it was REALLY LOUD!"
