"This is such a great find - great food, very friendly and attentive service and such a delightful experience overall. We have had two extremely positive experiences here and we'll be back! Great take on Latin classics with some delicious twists. Happy it's still a hidden gem so we can always get in when we'd like, but love them too much not to spread the word..."

"Everything was tasty. We ordered the brussel sprouts, empanadas, ceviche and the pollo main dish. We had an 8pm reservation on Sat and were seated right away. They were one wait person short so service was so-so and hard to get someone's attention. But overall a nice dinner out."

"The menu is eclectic, the staff incredibly helpful and warm, and the food DIVINE. We absolutely loved this place! The brussels sprouts, which I don't even like normally, were absolutely amazing--I'd go back just for them! The sangria was delightful, and the blood orange sorbet for dessert was equally wonderful!"

"The portion size is very small for the price they charge but most of the item we had were very good. The fish is excellent but quite small. The lamb tongue was delicious as well as the brussel sprouts. The polenta is terrible. The burger looked good but how exciting can a burger be?"

"Entree was served 2 minutes after appetizers, but wouldn't fit on the table so had to be placed under a heat lamp. Food was okay, but ambiance was great for chatting over wine with a close friend. Really nice lighting. Very personable friendly staff. Will definitely go again but not with a food snob. Nice wine suggestions. Very reasonable prices and interesting dishes."

"It feels like Gilberth's is still working out the kinks - some items like the brussels sprouts were a revelation, but others were just OK. The staff definitely went the extra mile and the owner treated us to 2 glasses of vino verde on the house when the table wasn't quite ready even though the reason it wasn't ready was that we'd arrived early. It is a fun, industrial space that is a bit cold but very cosmopolitan. I'm looking forward to a second visit in a little bit."
