"This was our 4th and unfortunately last trip to this restaurant because the food gets worse with every visit. My wife's dinner (shrimp) was breaded to the point you couldn't find let alone taste the shrimp and my veal was tough as shoe leather/. Our guests didn't fare much better but were perhaps being gracious when they described their meals as "OK"!"

"Best Italian in Delray Beach! This has become our go-to Italian restaurant in this area (we used to have to drive to Boca but now we can walk to the Delray location). We have been there several times now with friends and it has been terrific every visit. It is great to know that you can go somewhere and know that the food and service quality are going to be consistently great. We all spend too much money to not get this level of excellence."

"Very noisy. Could not hear anyone talking at our own table as the noise level from other tables was extremely high. Patrons at a nearby table complained and they were moved to another table.
The waiter was unattentive. he did not deliver what was ordered.
We were rushed out - after the main meal, we were not asked if we wanted dessert. The waiter asked one of our party if she wanted coffee and when she declined, he rushed to give us the bill.
Most disappointed with the restaurant. WE WILL NOT GO BACK AND WILL NOTT RECOMMEND IT. IN FACT, WE WILL TELL OUR FRIENDS TO AVOID IT."

"We ate here for the first time this weekend in honor of a friend's visit. Italian is not our favorite cuisine but we were pleasantly surprised. It did take ten or so minutes to get our table after the reservation time. We sat in the back courtyard which was lovely but a bit noisy. Our waitress was helpful, knowledgable about the menu, attentive, all around good service. I had the chicken special served with a few raviolis and a side of spinach. All delicious. Friend had the chicken parm, which sounds cliche for an Italian restaurant but was actually excellent. My partner had the seafood risotto. Of the three it was my least favorite. It would be a nice addition to the wine list to have some Argentinean or Chilean reds (less $)."

"We requested a quiet corner table and we were put next to a door where employees were constantly going in and out. When one of the couples joined us we were informed by them that on the way to meet us they heard that their mother broke her hip and was being taken to the hospital but they couldn't see her for about 1/2 hour. "Food not as good as had been. Server, Katie, was aloof and never available at our table. Kind of ruined the experience. However, having been there many times and usually having a good meal and service, we would try it again."

"Having been to Angelo's other restaurants, this was an incredible disappointment. Service was spotty and disorganized. One entree was greasy; sauce appeared to be pre-cooked. Manager spent most of the evening in the bar, totally disinterested in customers; he did not come over to speak with us even after he was aware that we experienced problems.
There's no way I would go near this place again. In fact, had I come here first, I would never go to any of Angelo's other restaurants."

My guests arrived before me and were told there was no reservation in my name.
Very embarrassing.

"Wow! What a great restaurant. This was our 1st time here and we will definitely return. All the food was fresh VERY tasty and seems to be all homemade. Our server Jennifer was great, very helpful and didn't miss a beat. My only complaint and its a very small one is the noise level. You must try this restaurant!"

"We were very surprised at our visit to this restaurant. We had heard great things, but our experience was not good. The food was bland - you could hardly tell the Caesar salad was dressed, and the pasta dishes were not seasoned properly, much less tastefully. The pasta tasted somewhat like paper and the meatballs and sauces were boring. There was nothing at all special about the food. We didn't even stay for dessert. And our server was boring also. He acted as if he didn't want to be there. No enthusiasm, clearly did not care if we enjoyed our meal and experience or not."
