Her passion and vision are reflected in every detail of her craft, from supporting local farms to her extensive travels throughout Mexico.
"The Orange Circle is known for its charm & antiques and as a wonderful "get away" right in Orange County's backyard. It has also evolved into the place to go when you're in the mood to eat well. Gabbi's open front restaurant allows the feel of outdoor dining with the protection of indoor dining. You can taste the intentional flavor in every element of any dish. It is an easy, casual and elevated dining experience. Perfect for a special lunch with colleagues and friends."

"My colleagues and I met for lunch. Two of us are vegetarian and found many tasty options to choose from. The Tlacoya flatbread and Rajas and calabaza tacos were absolutely delicious! The ambience was very relaxing and comfortable."

"Simply stated, we love Gabbi's!! It has been our go to restaurant for the past six years. The menu is innovative and we always look forward to Gabbi's specials particularly the ceviche."

"I like the fact that its more a traditional take on Mexican food. In SoCal everyone thinks "Mexican" food is burritos, tacos & fat fat fat food. I had the "Pollo en Mole Oaxaqueña", which was great! I cant wait to go back. Also, the margaritas are killer!"

"Gabbi's is a hidden gem in the heart of Orange. The food is superb, of the highest quality, and true to its authenticity. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable of the menu and exquisite drinks, and are very attentive to the customers' needs. You can't go wrong with any of Gabbi's creations... Make sure to make reservations because it always fills up!"

"I love Gabbi's. This is me and my wife's go-to favorite, and most people that we have gone with all agree: this is by far the best Mexican food around."

"Had visited 5 times previously, and all were excellent. Not so much this time. Had to make a reservation at 4:00 as that was the only time available, only to find a 3/4 empty dining room. In fairness, it filled up by the time we left around 6.
Our first "waiter" apparently wasn't a real waiter, and lacked the basic skill set we've come to expect from the regular servers there. After we had ordered the appetizers, he was replaced by one of the regular servers.
Food was all tasty, except for the tortillas which were pretty hard around the edges. Usually an indicator of being re-heated or improperly held. Either way, not nearly as fresh as we're used to there.
Chalk it up to a bad day there."

"Fabulous food, Devine atmosphere and the wait staff is incredible!!!! We had the best time here and the food was unique and delicious. Wish the hostess had been a bit more friendly but otherwise our experience was superb! We will return...again and again."

"Very, very dark inside, and we were there for lunch. Improve the lighting and the attentiveness of the service and you'll have cracked the code, Gabbi!"

"After all I had heard about Gabbi's, I was looking forward to some outstanding food and ambiance. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, the restautrant was darso dark I could barely read my menu and the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation.
Our food was different. I had the chili relleno special which was lukewarm. There was little if any cheese mixed in with all the vegetables and the chili itself was so lightly blanched I may as well have eaten a raw chile filled with raw vegetables. The lack of sauce was also a detriment.
My husband hand the Sonora enchiladas, again lukewarm and actually a bit dry. I don't think we will make another effort to dine there in the near future"

"Having dined frequently at Gabbi's, I can honestly say I have experienced nothing but the best in all areas of what a restaurant should be. Thus, the reason I continue to return and introduce friends and family to this rstaurant."

"Tasty cuisine from many out of the ordinary parts of Mexico, all beautifully prepared. Always friendly service. Almost always full, but luckily they take reservations now. Awesome sangrias, both red and white wine versions, as well as tasty margaritas (also cocktail bar)."

"Always enjoy dining at Gabbi’s...the food is never a disappointment. Very tasty and simply not your conventional Mexican eatery. Creatively designed and oh so palatable dishes. I’ve always loved the chicken quesadilla; however, decided on the crab crepes which were absolutely devine. I was tempted to order another! Margaritas are also great."
