Rich in tradition while modern in approach, Vibo (formerly Villa Borghese) has been a staple in the Kingsway area for more than 40 years.
The menu strikes a harmonious balance between authentic Italian flavours and contemporary cuisine and changes to reflect what is fresh and in season.
Let our wood burning fire place set the mood for the evening or have the live piano music entertain you. Our private dining room may be used for business meetings or festive occasions alike.
The warm ambiance, friendly, and professional staff make this casual fine dining restaurant the ideal setting for any occasion.
A visit to Vibo will be an experience in true Italian hospitality.
"Hadnt been in many years after having been a regular in it's orevious life as Villa Borghese -- 4 of us all had great meals -- wine list was solid -- service was good a little slow but great food makes all things good. Will definately be back very soon ."

"This restaurant is fantastic. I have been coming here as long as it has been open in both incarnations and have always had great food and service. Never a complaint about anything."

"Ran out of a special at 6pm. Menu has not changed in some time. I have always loved this restaurant but it is starting to feel a little tired from a menu point of view. The menu has not changed in some time. We all ordered fish entres and they were good but not great. Sauces and accompanying side dishes we bland and predictable. Time for a menu revamp Vibo. Don't let your popularity make you complacent."

"It was a bit noisy -- the restaurant was full and we were seated about 10 meters from the piano. It was a little hard to have a conversation until the crowd thinned out."

"I'm glad I didn't realize this restaurant was a 25 minute cab ride from our downtown hotel, because I wouldn't have chosen it and would have missed out on our best dining experience during our weekend in Toronto! Our server was extremely attentive and personable, and the cuisine exquisite! My arugula starter salad was a more generous portion than expected, and they offered a choice of plain bread or bruschetta. (Bruschetta!) My eggplant parmesan was just how I like it...with the marinara more on the savory side than too sweet. My husband's pasta with braised lamb was equally amazing. We had a show to catch after dinner, and the staff had us wined, dined, and a cab called in plenty of time."
