"I have never walked out of any restaurant without leaving a tip before until now. Server and bus boy ignored us. My boyfriend asked for water five times and finally got it after dessert. Told server when we placed our order that we would be ordering a bottle of wine with our dinner; he never came back prior to our dinner being served. With our food now cold, we ordered a bottle and it took him 20 minutes to get back to us; our meal was more than done by then. We cancelled it and his response was "no problem". Maybe not for him, but it was for us as we ate dinner with no wine and now water. My salad was inedible mush; our other food had no taste. Asked for check and waited 30 minutes. Could not PAY me to eat here again."

"From the greeting at the entry to the final words of departure, the service at Palm Court is simply stunning. Someone there to help and advise all the way but without being intrusive and over bearing Very very genuine.

"We went for an anniversary celebration and ordered the wine pairing menu for the month of April. The presentation, the combination of flavors, and the services were all top notch. Great, flavorful, tender short ribs and all of the wines were well paired for each course. The lemon fruit tart was the perfect ending, as it was not too sweet and it was exquisitely executed."

"Our favorite place to go for a romantic dinner. Food is always outstanding. Service was very good, although they were busy on Friday night and the main course was a little slow coming out of the kitchen. It wasn't a big deal as we were pretty satisfied after the appetizers and in no rush. They gave my wife a free glass of wine without us even complaining about the wait. We've never had brunch there, although I hear that it's outstanding. Great spot for a quiet lunch. Dinner reservations are easy to get as it's located in the middle of Eisenhower Park and a lot of people don't really know about it. You don't even notice it if you're driving through the park, so there's no 'foot traffic'. A bit on the expensive side, but always worth it."

"Beautiful night and beautiful setting! From the initial greeting from the valet's, reception staff as well as outstanding wait staff all were super friendly, helpful and made for a really enjoyable evening. The restaurant décor and ambiance were great as well.
Didn't rate the food highest score as I was personally a little disappointed in the seafood entrée I chose but honestly it may have just been my choice as my friends really enjoyed their dinners.
Will definitely visit again!"

"The beautiful Palm court is consistently excellent. The food, the presentation, the charming service, the attention to detail, the exquisite ambiance does make the Palm Court a perfect choice for a special occasion, but don't just save the Palm Court for special occasions since the price is comparable and even less than any other good restaurant. Check out the prices and you will be pleasantly surprised. Then you can make any day or evening a special occasion."

"We were pleasntly surprised the varied menu selections and how well the food is prepared. Presentation was top shelf. Our server made great wine recommendations and we tried a couple of tastings. He was spot-on in his descriptions! They have a really robust calendar of events planned at the Palm Court. Now that I know about it, I've been checking my calendar...this place is a do-again soon!"

"Palm Court is a nice place for special occasions, however we had a horrble experience.
Fist, we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. We requested to be near the fireplace and instead we were offered a table right outside the kitchen or one right next to the door with cold wind blowing in. We were given a table for 4 which was better, but only because they saw we were not happy.

"Fantastic place!! Looks really rich but without attitude. We felt comfortable in casual clothes even though the place looks like a Russian museum. The food is fantastic - everything we ordered was outstanding. A simple lamb chomp blew me away, and chocolate truffle souffle is a real find for chocolate lovers. "This was supposed to be a very special dinner to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. We had 6 pm reservations. They were aware that this was a special occasion and we requested a nice intimate table for 6. They put us up against poles dividing the bar area. We asked to be near the fire. They put us against the cold windows. We ordered dinner at 6:30 and were still not served appetizers by 7:30. We got the waiter to ask why when there were no other people in the restaurant and he said there was a private party in another area. What did that have ro do with us? He said food would be out shortly. It wasnt. After numerous attempts to get the waiter to bring our food he finally brought appetizers at 8 pm. Food was bad. Service worse! $500 wasted"

"Our server upset my wife. She asked for lemon butter sauce for her lobster tail. He said it was in there, despite the fact the table next to us asked for it and got it. He should have apologized and brought it.
