"For the appetizer, we ordered the manrieta (sp q) pizza and was disappointed that it tastes bland. We ordered the half rack ribs with seasoned Fries. The fries tastes bland but the ribs were okay. However, the bison chili soup is fantastic."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Colorado Mountain Brewery. Had the prime rib and it was awesome. For me, the winelist isn't very extensive. The staff was very courteous and the manager, Michelle, was wonderful"

"Came here to celebrate a birthday and would definitely go back. Our server Lindsay was top notch. Always made sure drinks were full and checked on us at good intervals. I figured I would have to eat typical pub food being a brewery but the food was excellent. I had an herb crusted steak with delicious brussel sprouts. The loaded fries were amazing as well. They also offered a free dessert or pint for the birthday freebie."

"Another great meal at CMB highlighted by the Bison Meatloaf Wellington, the Crispy Trout, and four in our party having the best fish 'n chips in town. I almost always have the Panther IPA, but other in the group had one of their specialty beers--a maple brown ale--that they really liked. Service was a little slow, but it was also quite busy early on a Saturday evening."
