"All the dishes including pizzas were good, fresh ingredients. They could improve if they could slightly salt their foods before cooking. Ex: My veal chop was not salted at all, tasted bland, but the sauce was very salty. I don't know if they intend for you to flavor the meat with the sauce. The meat would have tasted great by itself if it was salted a bit.
The food quality is of an upscale family restaurant. The pizzas and pasta dishes are good value. The entrees are slightly pricey for that atmosphere, comparable to the higher end restaurant options in the casino. If I am to pay that much for the entrees, I may as well go to one of the fine dining locations with more upscale menu selections."

"Didn't know what to expect after reading some of the previous reviews, but had a great early meal, with a more than attentive waitress. Very helpful when asked about different items on the menu and with the specials. Whatever we needed, it was given to us. If you are looking for good italian food, in a casual atmosphere, this is the place to go"

"We were very disappointed with the content of the menu, expecting better choices than what was listed, however settled on pizza and caesar salad and both were excellant. Noise was terrible however and couldn't wait to get out and away from it."

"The food was terrible. Everything we ordered was very salty. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and barely got any eggplant, it was all cheese! My mother ordered the spaghetti which was way salty, and my friend Denise's chicken parmesan didn't even taste like chicken, she barely ate it. But our waiter was very pleasant and friendly."

"Lugo was an amazing restaurant, My sisters and I went there for an early birthday celebration dinner and loved it! We went on a Saturday night so the restaurant was pretty busy but the service was still prompt. We got seated immediately because we had a reservation, and after a few moments a server came over and after giving us some time to decide she put our order in right away. We got the calamari (one of my favorites) for an appetizer, the salmon, veal, and ravioli for our entrees and everything was delicious! I would definitely reccommend Lugo again for dinner and look forward to going back!"

"Food was average, service was poor, and I made a reservation at 830 was told a few minutes , at 9:00 I had To go back to the host and was told a few more minutes around 9:10 I finally got sat. Our server seemed uninterested in us. After the half hour wait for a table we finally got our food around 10. An hour and a half after reservation. I would have went somewhere else. Would not recommend overly disappointed."

I was not going to let that ruin my meal.
The good: The warm mozzarella starter was nothing short of phenomenal. Perfectly prepared, perfect temperature.
And all the goodies that came with it were equally outstanding. I will mention this on Yelp and Tripadvisor. Really,
really tasty. My wife have Penne alla Vodka. Again, perfectly cooked. I have the Quattro Fromaggi pizza. Portion
was enormous and the cheeses were all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend. We had a Brunello (Nieri) that was
cooled perfectly, and was drinkable (very) immediately.
Really good meal."

"Wait staff seemed like they were 'busy' but there wasn't really a lot of other customers. Had to ask 5 times for bread to 3 different people. Waitress didn't offer drinks before taking our order and had to ask twice for the drinks to be served. Also forgot our salad and had to leave our entrees under a heat lamp while they prepared the salad and brought out to us. Felt rushed. Food overall was great and reasonably priced. Branzino was good and the spaghetti with the chicken parm had great flavor."

"this restaurant continues to shoot itself in the foot. food has improved since previous visits to the revel, but poor decisions by staff make for a sub par dining experience. case in point. we arrive for a 6p reservation to a nearly empty restaurant. hostess seats us at a table for 2 at the back of the restaurant knowing full well they have a party of 62 rambunctious insurance agents coming in 1/2 an hour. we don't want to limit their fun, but now we cannot hear ourselves think. we passed on the desert of a price fix menu for restaurant week just to get out of there. as we left, numerous tables are available in the front half of the restaurant. poor decisions!!!"

"Went here on a Thursday during restaurant week and had a great 3 course meal. The courses were large portions and the service was very good. The only thing that I didn't like was 2 very large parties came in and the noise level was so loud it was very difficult to talk to my wife."

"I was disappointed. The restuarant was very very loud. The waitress said it was always like this with a crowd. We got moved to a quieter place away from the large party of 63 people that arrived but it did little for the noise. Our waitress didn't really want to be a waitress. It was a chore for her to get us anything and when i asked for extra sauce when the food came out she said she wasn't sure she could get some. She would have to ask the chef if it was ok. 15 minuted later she came back with sauce. The food was nothing special. Anything breaded like the calamari or the chicken parm was way too salty. The best part of the meal was dessert. I would not recommend this place or probably come back. The prices were very high too."

"Visited during AC Restaurant Week. Large portions, MB appetizer comes with 2 large MBs, Chicken Parm: the breast has to come from a HUGE chicken! Our waitress was very friendly, and knowledgable about the menu and made great recommendations.

"We were there for Valentines Day. The setting was not as romantic as I would have hoped for. The food was excellent. The Valentines Day special for 2 was a tremendous value. Generous portions, nice bread, plenty of appetizers, main course with trimmings and a great desert had us fully satisfied. My only suggestion to the staff is s l o w i t d o w n! The courses kept coming out so quick the delightful meal was over too soon. At one point the desert came out before I had finished my main course. The restaurant was not very busy so there was no need to serve at the pace they did."

"There were 4 in our party Food was good but not plentiful. We ordered pizza as an appetizer since the portions were too small to share. Entrees were very good. The atmosphere is okay but not very private. It is kind of like eating at a food court with formal dinnerware. Service was good. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. Noise level made it difficult for us to hear waitress and her us. We still enjoyed it and would recommend it if you don't mind spending $$$."
