"We had reservations during a concert night so they were understandably busy but took and hour to get our appetizer and food arrived after and an hour and 1/2, leaving us 15 minutes to eat."

"The Dubliner was good as always. I like the place a lot -- too bad it's a long drive from home. Service is a little on the slow side and staff are not always knowledgeable about the drink menu. Food is consistently good. Love that sauce they serve with the fish & chips! The more people that get in the pub, the more noisy it gets however, it's a fun atmosphere!"

"We didn't go on a great night for doing a review. It was championship night in the Big 12 Tournament, and the place was crazy with Kansas Jayhawks fans. Unbelievably loud !!! Not your average night.
Only problem was that the manager told us that The Dubliner DOES NOT take weekend reservations, despite what's on the website. That's something they need to work out with Open Table. We got a table, but could have been a bad deal."

"The Dubliner was a good place! I love the look of the bar and the chandeliers! And, they pour the best pint of Guiness in Kansas City! Overall, I recommend the place for a casual dinner/drinks.
The food is very good and reasonably prices. Drinks are expensive when it's not happy hour. The portion on the fish and chips was excessive, the menu should recommend sharing. As for the service, it's acceptable but could be better. A Friday night is busy but, I've also been there on a Tuesday night and service was a little on the slow side and not terribly attentive."

"The Dubliner did not have our reservation. Once we ordered lunch, the food took an hour to be delivered. Two of our party did not get their lunch for another 15 mins. One of the orders was simply lost. It took 30 mins for the waiter to print out our receipts. We were late for our meeting due to the 1.5 hours it took to for Dubliner to deliver our lunch.

"The food isn't what it used to be when it was Raglan Road, but some of the same dishes are on the menu and are still delicious. The service was ok. The music was too loud for lunch time and no Irish music at all, kind of ruined the ambiance of such a beautiful, Irish-themed place."

"Saucy Jack was excellent. Too bad there weren't more people in the crowd for a Friday Night. I am wondering if the flair of the "Power and Light District" is losing its appeal. I notice that many of the restaurants in the area were spacely populated. Overall had a good time at The Dubliner. Maybe get the Elders down there to kick things up."
