"I went there on Valentine's day with my girlfriend and it was a wonderful set up. We were greeted upon arrival and were seated almost immediately. 20 minutes went by and a waitress finally came by to get our drink order. They had a fixed menu so we didn't take our order until after course #2. An hour went by and we finally got our salad. Another hour went by and we received our second course. By this time it was already after 9pm and we had not received our main course. We had decided that it was ridiculous and told the manager we were not staying. What makes it worse is that a few tables who were seated after us received everything promptly and left before us. While we were there, about 4 tables left because of the terrible wait time."

"Valentine's Day dinner with my wife was a pure disater. Got to restaurant at 7:00 PM. Took 5 minutes for hostess to seat us. Had us right ontop of dance floor next to bar. I ordered flowers and they arrived. Asked to be moved to the main dinning area which they did.
Ordered a bottle of Amoraoni and my wife had a Cosmo. Drink was fine, waiter was inexperenced with how to serve the wine. Never poured a serving entire night.
Menu was limited to four courses at $100 per couple. Salad was OK. Waited for 2nd course for 90 min. Told waiter 3 times and he brought main course instead. Asked for owner, he did manage to get the scallops out. Filet Minegon was cut into 3 strips for about 3ozs. Complained and was told this is how its served. Desert O"

"There was a long wait to get seated. We were seated on the dance floor at a bar table. Once seated we found out there was a set menu Spoke with the manager to exchange things on the menu that were not suitable for my wife. Once that was settled we ordered wine and after waiting about fifteen minutes of not receiving service we left. Valentine's day ruined."
